I had my custom engagement ring made here and I am just over the moon about it! I've been wearing it for 2 years now and I still absolutely adore it. I was working with my mom's pear shaped center stone diamond and having it reset. I stopped in at least 5 other places to talk about ideas/get quotes. Right off the bat Boone & Sons was different. Knowledgeable, direct, willing to go down the rabbit hole of my ideas but steer me back to things that would work. I worked directly with Erik Boone and it just felt like chatting with an old friend. An old friend who knows EVERYTHING about jewelry! Erik was so incredibly helpful with opinions, ideas, etc and REALLY listened to my (at times ridiculous) idea and helped incorporate them. I came by 3 or 4 times before pulling the trigger, with a different style in mind entirely, but after trying on more vintage looking rings and talking with Erik about possibilities zeroed in on what I REALLY wanted and it was a complete 180 from my original idea. After talking me through series of gut checks, I felt completely certain and super excited about what we came up with.

My final design was a hodgepodge of things/pictures we had talked about and basically completely custom from scratch. Erik and I went over every detail. Jose, the ARTIST that executed the work, did an exceptional job. I just feel so lucky to have worked with these two gentlemen. When my fiance and I came to pick up the ring, just... there are no words. It was better than I could have imagined. From start to finish, just an amazing experience.

Oh yeah and price- GREAT and transparent. My fiance already ordered his wedding band from these guys, and I'm contemplating a matching band to my gorgeous engagement ring. Update 2 years later: My husband got his wedding band and I had a custom band designed and executed flawlessly from these guys. Still easily one of the best wedding decisions we made. Top notch service and quality. I never take my engagement/wedding ring off and it still looks like new. I also get stopped a couple of times a month from ladies who want to check it out. From the moment I walked in to Boone & Sons to inquire about an exquisite diamond ring that I saw in their window, Paul Mazhari provided customer service that was no less than excellent. He took the time to sit down with me personally to show me the ring and share all the details about it, but he didn't pressure me to make a hasty decision. I had checked out other jewelers, but their customer service and products didn't hold a candle to that provided by Paul at Boone & Sons. The experience and the ring purchased were personable, unique and of the greatest value. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE Boone & Sons! I’ll try to be brief; the selection is unique. If they don’t “have” it, they can get it, create it or alter it. The customer service is friendly, attentive and timely - which, let’s face it, that’s a lost art amongst businesses of today. Originally we chose my engagement ring in 2012 when I first met David. If you didn’t have the pleasure of meeting him, all I can say is that is personality was larger than life! Unfortunately in 2018, my ring was stolen and I contacted Boone & Sons to have it recreated.
