This is the best customer service I've received in a long time!
Last week, I needed a professional space on short notice to hold a first-time, in-person client meeting. The Metro Offices Metro Center location appeared convenient for my client and very professional from the online photos.
After expressing my interest through the MetroBot function on their website, I received a prompt email from Andrea in Sales. At first I was hesitant because I thought they would try to push me into some sort of package like many other co-working spaces do, but I was thrilled to find out they offered a day-office that you could simply pay for on an a la carte basis AND it was available for the time slots that I needed!
Andrea was super helpful in getting things set-up and even went so far as to conference in another staff-member immediately to put things on the schedule.
Once I arrived, Jennifer and Kimani made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to make me and my client comfortable. I felt like I was truly able to focus on being there for my client and I didn't need to worry about anything else. My client was even impressed with the space and service.
The building and suite itself provided many options for working solo or hosting meetings - there was the office I'd rented, plus the beautiful atrium and terrace. We were able to take part of our meeting outside and enjoy the weather and scenery. Everything really did live up to the photos too.
Andrea, Jennifer, Kimani, and Tim each provided OUTSTANDING service from first contact to check-out to follow-up. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and made the entire process effortless and efficient. My space shopping in DC were with well known national companies and with other smaller ones. The thing I loved about Metroffices, was that they allowed me to visit multiple locations, to talk with other people, to ask other tenants questions and they allowed me to be creative with my own space (a big deal for those of us working in mental health). Their professionalism, hospitality, their attention to detail - and making my sometimes small questions seem important - made the move and transition so comfortable. I enjoy the large building, the amenities, the get together's, the modern facilities, the flexibility. I've rented from a number of properties since opening in 2005 and I do not think there has been any as kind, professional, ethical, timely, attentive and cooperative as the folks at Metroffices. Too, one of the things that brought me to decide on this company - was they did not pressure me. I got more square footage here, the company is a locally owned business in DC ... Read moreJennifer Starling and the crew at Metro Offices (Metro Center) went ABOVE and BEYOND to find us space and to work with us on finding suitable, flexible space for our organization. We lost an office rental space at the last minute and once I met with Jennifer we had a contract signed that day for space we needed. She also was great to work with our particular needs of multiple temp staff and interns that were on reduced schedules throughout the spring and summer.
On another note - Jonas who ran the front desk was BEYOND professional and courteous. He knows the meaning of customer service and was a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis.
Right now, we are back to teleworking mostly until our work load picks back up in the winter - we will consider Metro Offices for office and meeting...
