I don't ever give reviews, but I have made 6 trips to get a poster for my wedding printed. Lets just say I STILL do not have it done yet. First trip I made up there they don't even have the email, yet I have a confirmation email stating that Office Depot received the email. Was told to email it again right there and see if they got it. Ok, well can't send it from my phone because it is on my computer. Leave. Go home to resend it and call Office Depot and they confirm that they have the email. So I go up and get told that I have to place the order and pay for it before I can get the poster but it wouldn't be done today. That wasn't what I was told when I went up there AND spoke with someone. Now I leave yet again (still no poster). Call the following day and they tell me it is ready. So lets go ahead and make another trip up there. Pick up my poster, it is not even my order. Must I keep going? When I spoke with a gentleman that handles the printing on the phone he was extremely rude when I said I had made multiple trips already to get poster and to ask what is the easiest way to get this completed. He said I could place my order online. I advised him when I chose this option that it only gave me the mail my poster option. Nothing about picking up in the store. He said he didn't have time to help me as he had 3 other people in front of him. I said ok, well I will go somewhere else and he said that was an option. I need my seating chart printed before my wedding and I chose Office Depot because I was told it was a simple process. Clearly not, and from reading the other reviews, I should have known better. Read moreNo bueno. I went in on my lunch break. Seemed like no one wanted to be at ork today, at least not at this store. My mom and I were at the printers. No one came to ask if we needed help. When my mom finally walked over to someone that was walking by, she seemed un informed about the products I was asking about. I was there to buy a printer with printer function only. I aske if what was on display was all they had, because all the machines did a lot more then what I needed. Store rep just rambled off what I didn't ask for. Then when I finally just picked someone out so I can go, she treated me like I wasn't there. I am disable/ blin. During my transaction she was directing all conversation to my mom witch was not the one completing the purchase. In this situation, the store rep could of asked me the questions displayed on the card ready. She instead made my mom do. It made me feel like I wasn't there and my value as a customer was was as present as the employees. When I finally asked why she- the store rep, was making my mom read and speak for me. She replied with "I was just translating, is there a issue"? As if wanting to get confertational. The part of translating, well she was telling my mom in spanish to read and speak for me. Read moreI phoned the store yesterday for assistance with a product I was trying to buy online. I was told I had to place the order in store. I drove there, and then after several attempts, the man who was helping me said he didn't know, he couldn't do it. I left frustrated. I called customer service, and a woman in Africa placed my order for 2 different items. She had suggested the 2nd item. She said there was only one of the item I wanted in stock. I reached out to chat after to ask the suggested item be removed after looking at it I thought it looked cheap. They said they did it. I said I still wanted the original item NOT to cancel it. They assured me they didn't. I got an email it was canceled! I called again and spoke to someone, then was transferred to someone in Africa. They placed the order again. I even took screenshots of the chat. It took me 3 hours to place this order. Now, let's see if it shows up. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not!! Today, I get an email: Sorry for your experience and we've made changes. So I asked what changes? No response. If it wasn't a specific Christmas gift request, I wouldn't have bothered.
