I can't rate her waxing but her professionalism was trash-- I called the studio and asked to walk in, she asked me to come in 1 hour later. I took a wrong turn on the freeway and called her letting her know I'd be 5 mins late. She said okay. In person, she was rude and informed me she was going to upcharge me $20 for 5 mins late bc now "I'm running into her next appointment" ..... all this to say a proper professional ought to leave more than 3 mins leeway for services performed unless she's just trying to double her income or turn people off I'm not sure but it...
