I seen this store on a YouTube blog and found one in the area and decided to check it out. I'm not sure how long the store has been open so this may account for some the empty shelves?? I found a clearance shelf and the discounts were awesome. I do think the quality and price for vases, candle holders and cell phone accessories are a good price compared to other stores. Pillows are cute and a good size for the price. Crafting items are nice and overall priced reasonably. Party items I think are slightly more expensive when compared to your local buck-n-quarter stores 😁 The measuring cups available, in my opinion are not quality so I didn't care for those. The food/dry storage plastic containers were more expensive then the $1.25 stores, $3+ and their supply of items were greatly lacking. The pet supplies were unique and nice quality. Although I would suggest you watch what prices ring up. I had items in my cart that had a $1 advertised on the shelf where they were hanging but when I scanned them they came up $3. I also had items in my cart that were on a 90% off shelf but some of the items did not ring up 90% off. This store is a shelf check out but the staff is near by for questions or to help you bag and wrap glass items etc. When my items did not come up the price as advertised, the nice young man assisting me called over a (supervisor, maybe?). She was not friendly or apologetic for my inconvenience concerning the advertised price and the price charged but she did allow for the advertised price to be changed for 1 of the items that was advertised incorrectly. The other items she said, was placed on the wrong shelf, they were suppose to be placed on the 50% off shelf and not the 90% shelf. Some items had no price on them or on the shelf so I had to take the item up to ask what the price was. The bags used to take items home are cute paper handle bags. The store is very clean and set up nicely. A display of seasonal items are arranged as soon as you walk in and it is arranged very nicely. Overall the store is nice and I found some cute stuff for reasonable prices and some really great stuff for excellent prices. Some items are overpriced and you can definitely find them cheaper at the "buck-n-quarter store". Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would suggest that prices be on the items and not just placed on the shelf or hung under an advertised price to avoid confusion on pricing. I would also reccomend in addition to price tags add a percentage off tag for items that are on clearance, 50%, 90% etc, this will clear up any confusion on pricing. I do like that I can scroll up or down on the card reader screen to see the prices. If you do accidentally scan an item twice the associate behind the counter can help remove it but all items priced incorrectly must have a supervisor/manager check the price on their hand computer to verify price and determine the correct price. If there are items that are placed or hung with the wrong price, it will be corrected to the price as advertised, unless it's clearance and placed on the wrong shelf, that will not be adjusted, you'll only get the discount that is in the computer. Let me share my experience at Popshelf in Keller TX! Peggy, Store Manager and Kalie, Customer Associate assisted me with balloons for my daughter’s 19th Birthday. As Kallie was blowing up balloons for me one of my balloons slipped out of my hands and sailed to the ceiling. Kalie used a stick with tape stuck to the end to retrieve my run away balloon. Not only once but twice. Guess what else happened!! The helium tank ran out of helium and the ladies had to find a way to open the lid of the next available tank. Quick thinking Peggy found a tool to open it and she was back to blowing up balloons. Let me tell you the service here is absolutely amazing and I will definitely come back to shop!! Love they are so local and have a bit of everything. Went tonight for tooth fairy treats but shipped for myself. They had a huge unique candy selection. We choose a 4 inch gummy bear lollipop! They also have Great daily deals, and refund coupons on the app. I love how the store smells, bought the candle of the scent they use, wasnt very strong, luckily the super helpful worker Lydia was super sweet to assist and inform me about everything !
