So I bought a purse a few days ago and I liked it okay but then I found out my dog was sick and had a extremely bad UTI and food poisoning and I had no money left for her Rx so I decided to bring this purse back. The girl said the computer was only offering the return to debit or store credit although I paid 40$ in cash and only 9$ on debit but I needed the money now for her Rx and I told the lady Aman Gee my problem and she was so sweet and brought the store manager to help and while I waited the security guard Carmen was incredibly empathetici could see worry in her eyes about my fur baby. So Yetty the store manager took my receipt and left and came back and nodded her head. I guess she went back to correct something in the computer to allow cash and boom 💥 I have the cash I need to get my baby girls Rx and I think all 3 ladies are definitely superstars and deserve a raise for how kindly they handled my issue!! All this problems I had and they made my night so much better by helping me out tonight. I wanted to hug them all I literally cried happy tears in I don't know if they realize it but they may have saved my little mini schnauzer Maggie's life tonight!; if they ever see this, THANK YOU ALL Aman Gee, Yetty and Carmen you ladies...
Read moreI LOVE this Ross store over all others! I go In a lot (maybe a little too much🙂) but I know I can always find something great...it never disappoints! As much as i love the large selection of all their items...The staff is by far my favorite thing!! I go later in the evening to avoid the normal shopping rush, and am almost always greeted by name. I dont Say that because I think I’m special or need the attention...I say That because the staff there is very hard working and has always been accommodating and friendly, and every time I would Come in to shop, I would Make it a point to express my gratitude for them and all that they do. They deal with a lot of messes by customers who (I’ve frequently seen) act rudely, ungrateful and disrespectful because it’s Ross and not a Dillard’s...they are not treated with the kindness or friendliness that they deserve nearly enough, and it sometimes seems like a very thankless environment. I’ve made it a point to express my gratitude and always offer to take the hangers off my clothes as they are ringing me up to try and make their job a little easier. It’s amazing what a small gesture like that will do for a person who works hard all day and doesn’t get to go home till close...
Read moreI only stepped into this store 2 times in the past 2 years and I remembered why I didn't wish to return. It's the workers. They are a nutty bunch of freaks. They act as if I'm in there to steal. Each time I went in to shop, a worker would bound out quickly right around me, doing absolutely nothing but acting as if they're moving a hanger around. I know...I was watching closely. Maybe they don't know customers know what they're up to. The next time, a guy worker literally shoved a pushcart up beside my body while I was looking in a glass of jewelry. I couldn't even move past it and had to walk all around! This was so rude of him toward a customer. Also, as me and my mother were looking at some merchandise up front toward the exit door, a female worker came bounding right out of nowhere and made an act of moving some hanging clothing around. My mother and I couldn't get around her easily as she literally blocked us! These workers are crazy acting like customers are Thieves. Or maybe it was just toward me and my mother. Maybe other customers get better treatment, idk. I just know I don't want to shop there anymore if I'm going to have workers jump out at me like I'm stealing. Get a...
