Do not purchase furniture here if you want a store that will stand by their warranty. We purchased an expensive set because it came with a 15 year warranty and we wanted something that would last. It is a beautiful set, but one of the chairs had the weld snap in half after just 3 years. That was 3 months ago and since then we have received is the run around. The process started okay, take a picture send it in, and get new chair ordered. Acknowledgement that the damage was indeed under warranty. Good news! Then the disappointing news that they don't carry that color any longer. Bad news, but okay, we selected a similar color. and then we waited, waited, and are still waiting. No updates, no communication. Through the whole process the staff has shown no desire to solve this issue, unable to move the process forward and has made it simply unpleasant to work with them.
