The store is clean, neat and tidy however customer service in the store is horrendous. I went in looking for winter boots and couldn't find an associate anywhere. The associate in shoes saw me walking towards the shoe department and he walked in the opposite direction. I spent about 15 minutes in the shoe department and once I was fed up with waiting for him to come back there was another woman who came with her son and he immediately went over to assist them. I walked in his direction he looked at me and still didn't try to help me or even asked if I needed help. I can't try on boots unless someone brings them out... Needless to say they lost a $100 sale there. I went towards the front of the store and there is no associates to be found anywhere in the store other than the front cashiers. I purchased another item and was waiting in line and the girl was trying to figure out how to ring up the person in front of me... another associate went over to help her and she left them and rang me up at a different register instead. I asked if they had any coupons on their app and she looked at me like I had 10 heads!! She had no idea if stuff is on sale or not or how their app works. I asked her if the sale price comes up on the register and she said yes it will show her when she rings it up. I thought ok.. whatever, get my item and be done here. Customer service is becoming a rare phenomenon and it's unfortunate that people don't know how to greet customers at the door looking to spend their hard earned money at your store!
I won't be going back to this store. I got winter boots at Macy's instead. They had fantastic customer service and friendly helpful staff and they even had a coupon they used at the register...

We needed to extend the days before we could pick up our online order because it came in so quickly (which is a good thing) but we were not going to be home from our vacation in time to pick it up right away. The first manager we talked to said that she could extend the order for a few days in the computer system and to just call back in a few days and extend the pick up once again. When I called back to extend the order pick up a few days later a different manager said, no, sorry, but we cannot extend your order again, but that we could pay for the kayaks and they would hold them for us. I said that was totally fine and asked him if he needed my credit card and he told us no, that he would charge the card from the online order. I said GREAT! Then, two days later my husband got a text telling him that our order had been cancelled because we did not pick up the kayaks. So, we received different information from two different managers and in the end we are left with...
Read moreI placed an order ahead and paid online so I could run in quickly after work and grab the items over $250 purchase was told to get in line after waiting five minutes to receive my items in the pick up area. By the time I was greeted and told to get in line, eight other people jumped ahead of me. While in line was told that she couldn’t radio somebody over the radio to come up and assist me. I saw a woman go into the pick up area and asked if that woman could help me to which I asked if she were a manager she told me to hold on because she was assisting another person… Well, the person she was supposed to be assisting was me being identified by the sales rep. What the heck is the point of placing an order ahead so you don’t have to wait in line for 15 minutes to receive your prepaid items…? not good...
