Although I do enjoy frequenting GameStop, and do find their selection to be decent, it seems lately they have stagnanted. This isn't specific to any single location either, it seems as though the company is trying to shift directions to get more of a market share, but can't decide the direction they want to go.

I bought a couple 3DS for my kids before Christmas with a warranty. 1 of the corners fell off of 1 of them, so we packaged it back up and took it back to the store. Upon entering, before we could even make it to the counter, the manager Dan tells us its an exterior damage and its not covered under the warranty.
