We went in to this store with my brother and his wife, they're from out of town and they wanted to come here. It was okay to start out with but then went downhill quickly. Safe to say I wont be dining in anymore, i will still doordash because the food is good but our server was rude overall they didn't give us service and they kept taking part of the order and running off before we got to finish ordering everything, she would also drop our food off and immediately leave not coming to check on us, how our food was, or if we needed anything except one time. They weren't even busy when we got there and we still had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. When it finally came out it was cold and somehow the burger took longer than the wings and the fries didn't even come out until after we had already almost fully finished eating our food. Me and my girlfriend went into the bathroom and went into the same stall because it makes her feel more comfortable in public bathrooms, I know a lot of people wont agree with this but she is transgender, and the workers made her feel bad for going into the women's bathroom. This was only our second time in this store and we didn't know that they had a rule against having two people in a stall. A worker came in and she was very rude to us about it. I think her name was Rally or Reily, i didn't see well but she was a shorter lady and her name definitely started with an R. She discriminated against trans people and I quote her exact words were "We cant have more than one person in the stall at once so you need to get out of the bathroom NOW, and we can't have men in the women's bathroom." The lady did come to apologize at the end and I have to give her props for that but it didn't sound like a genuine apology, I personally think that she overheard us talking about what happened and came to apologize just because she didn't want a bad review. It doesn't help that when a manager was called over it took a long time for him to come talk to us and he was super rude. He didn't do anything about the situation but instead pushed it on us and said it was our fault to say the least. This isn't even the extent of this visit but I'm not going to keep rambling on.

Lately, the wait times have been rediculous, orders are frequently wrong and clearly the wait staff looks unhappy. Despite this, we usually tip 20% because I understand how hard the service industry is. But today I had one of the most horrible customer sevice experience of my life. I placed a take out order through the app at 3:22pm and was told order would be ready at 3:40 PM. I arrived at said time and was told a few more minutes. I checked back two more times and kept being told 5 more minutes. I finally get my order at 4:11 PM. Despite the long wait, I was patient and understanding, picked up my order and even thanked them with a smile. I drive home only to find out the order was wrong because our 20 Blazing wings had no sauce. My husbad and I immediately called the resturant to inform them and the manager starts belitting us that they did the order exactly how it was printed out whilst refusing to fix anything for us but give us another cup of sauce. We drive back and right away the manager is accusatory and shouting at us in the resturant that we are wrong, proceeds to shove his recipt in my face several times and told me he did not care what the recipt on the app says because it does not matter. Manager refuses to look at my recipt. While in heated discussion, a staff picks up the phone and rudely shushed me not understanding that I was also a paying customer they were disrespecting. Fed up, I asked for a refund and to my shock, the manager refuses and snidely tell me I already paid. After some back and forth and me threathening to file it as fraud because I did not take their product, he reluctantly said he will refund. Then he tells us to leave and never come back. Of course I filed a formal complaint with attached recipt and called corporate. It was a horrible, stupid situation over sauce on chicken wings that wasted over an hour of my life. To BWW's credit, the rep I spoke to on the phone was pleasant, respectful, and understands...

We ordered our drinks (there were 6 of us) and she brought them back incorrectly - which was fine, but she seemed annoyed when we asked her for the correct drinks. It seemed like she was on another planet when you talked to her. We ordered two orders of pretzel bites - one order came in about 20 minutes, we asked about the second order and she said āyeah I know itās the kitchens fault itāll be out shortly itās not my faultā. We said ok and waited - another 20 minutes go by and she returns and said the kitchen is stating we didnāt order two orders. We advised we did in the beginning and she placed another order for the pretzel bites, again blaming the kitchen. She then came around to my side of the table and said something, which I couldnāt hear so I asked her to repeat it. She then replied very condescendingly and said āID LIKE TO REFILL YOUR DRINK NOW SO SHE (she pointed to one of my friends) DOESNT YELL AT ME AGAIN.ā My friend never yelled at her to begin with, but for her to say this was completely unprofessional. She then brought out an order of onion rings that we didnāt order. The food order was correct when she brought the meal out thankfully. At the end of our meal she handed me the receipts for our group and asked me to hand them out to everybody and to figure out whose was whose. We all handed her our cards to pay. She went over to process the payments and returned stating someone spilled soda all over the receipts and cards so she would have to reprint all the receipts. She reprinted them and again handed them to me to give out to our group members. I have never left someone a low tip before, but yesterday was my first time doing so as I firmly believe she earned a low tip. It was my husbands birthday and we didnāt even inform this server due to fear of causing another issue. My entire group and I will not be returning and highly suggest you donāt employ this person...
