They allowed a fraudulent order on my account this past Monday. Apparently Unlike other delivery services they do not have device location verification as I am in WI and the order was MN. I pointed this out to customer service as was informed that the refund will be in my account within a few days. Today, I contact them again. Now it's 7 business days, and they won't guarantee refunds because "Everybody's bank is different these days". In the past I've gotten refunds instantly for canceled or incorrect orders. Theft however doesn't seem to be a concern. I made several tweets and comments on their FB and Twitter accounts to bring awareness of what I now call #ButeFraud. They messaged and gave me more fun around and then actually blocked me after I commented about how bots are the only positive remarks they get. Read more2nd time got wrong order. Called their office and was told I dont have an account and when asked for supervisor told no hes busy. Called back got some woman by name if grace and demanded supervisor..she proceeded to hang up on me. Called back...grace answered with a quick hello..not even an ontroduction..told her at this point I am beyond angry she hung up on me I want her manager now. Some guy by name of angel claiming he was supervisor picked up..refunded my order..gave me 15 in credit and another 15 for the last screw up..but the hour we waited to get food..I had to order myself and go pick up myself when I really did not want to go outside in -8 weather....

I have ordered numerous times for our business where it is extremely important it gets to us on time and they have had us waiting numerous times well over a half hour from expected. This may or may not be Bitesquad's fault, I think more so the restaurants par taking and putting this program as a 2nd however that doesn't work for our company. We can put our order in at 9:00 AM to be here by 12:00 and Bitesquad doesn't send it to them until 20-30 minutes before its supposed to be here.
