Today I walked into Kirklands with a Christmas Picture that I got as a present for my new house as i recently got married. The picture didnt really go with the things i already had so I was returning it. As soon as i walk in the door i get asked if im returning the picture and i told them yes and the reason why. As im walking to the counter to give my information and get store credit the employee says "bet you dont have a receipt either..." i said no as it was a gift and they didnt give me a gift receipt either. Another employee walks buy saying "isnt that from last year?!?" And i said i dont know i got it as a gift. So she gives me in store credit, which i expected to get anyway as i didnt have a receipt. As I start looking around the store to find a new picture or something id like better they followed me around like a criminal. I ended up leaving with nothing because i felt so disrespected. Not to Mention today is my birthday... ive been working in my new house so my hair is a mess and im covered in dust so not looking my best. Dont judge a book by its cover. And with that i wont be shopping at this...

I have always loved this store brand! This was my first time going to the Waxahachie location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an AMAZING smell! Kirkland's is already getting ready for the fall so be sure to drop in and get some before they are gone. I found a lot of nice things but I was on a mission for a small table or night stand. Didn't find exactly what I needed but they had a lot of cute stuff. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help even though I went in circles several times. As I started heading towards the door to leave I was finally asked by an associate if I meenee help but I told her no because I did already go through everything. IllI be back for sure to get some holiday...

I’ve never been to a store with such poor customer service. I have been to this location three times now and each time I have walked the entire store without a single greeting from an employee..mind you a few of them made eye contact with me and simply turned away and there was no more than five customers in the store at each given time. So there is no excuse for poor customer service. I kept going back to this location because I enjoy the merchandise but the employees are inadequate. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this company. Treat all your customers the same regardless of sex, age, ethnicity, religion...A poor demonstration of a Christian based company. I will never shop at any...
