Bridal Gallery — Local services in Wayne Township

I am really glad I chose the Bridal Gallery. My consultant was nice, bubbly, and fun, and was determined to get me into as many dresses as I could try on in the 1.5 hour appointment. I think I got to try on about about 10-12 dresses. I found my dress, and this is the first place I went! I thought the selection was really good, so good that it was almost overwhelming to look through all the bags to find dresses to try on. But I had looked at the designer sites before and had a good idea with what I wanted. If not, I might have struggled.

The Bridal Gallery also sells sample dresses off the rack. This is what my dress was, so it was a perfect price for me, and I got to take it home that day! Most of the dresses are going to fall around the $1000 plus range, though, so if that works for you... However the dresses are absolutely beautiful! I loved almost every one I tried on!

All my bridesmaids came, and we got that dress picked out too. This was kind of hard to do in an hour, trying to find a dress, in the right color, for 4 different girls. We could barely make it in that hour, and kind of had to rush near the end and just pick one.

Overall, I had a beautiful time, and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. No regrets on choosing to come here. My consultant has been keeping up with me regularly on how the dresses are coming and ordering.

My only negative is that it was hard to sort through and find dresses we wanted to try on, in both the bridal and bridesmaid sections. This limited our time to actually try on dresses. However, really...

My experience with the Bridal Gallery was nothing short of perfect! They were a one stop shop for all the details of my wedding! I purchased my dress, hair accessories, jewelry, bridesmaid dresses, mother's dress, and tuxes! I loved their selection, the designer's they carry, the location of the store, their attention to detail, and their customer service!

Honestly, they made my entire wedding journey stress free and fun to plan. All my bridesmaids and groomsmen were located in different states and the Bridal Gallery funneled all their phone calls for ordering and choosing their sizes, helped me with timeline's for ordering and made it so easy for everyone in our party- which made it easier on my (now) husband and I. They were there every step of the way and even got me a fun and gorgeous dress to wear for my bridal showers!

Their customer service sets them apart from any other bridal store in the area! From the very first phone call I made to set up my appointment, through alteration scheduling, and to the last phone call before my wedding- they were there for me and my now husband. I cannot say enough great things about this store and their customer service-- they all seem to LOVE what they do and it shows. An experience with them is effortless...

Would give zero stars if I could. From start to finish everything was stressful. Purchased my dress here, added a glitter skirt to it and was told their seamstresses were very experienced in this type pf work. Fast forward to the day of my first fitting and the seamstress said she has never done anything like this, which was very concerning. Spent almost $600 on alterations only for some of them to come apart THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. My dress had straps that hung off my shoulders, I had to move the straps to sit on my shoulders like a tank top because the alterations did not hold. We also rented seven tuxes, 5 of them were wrong. My sons were supposed to have matching suspenders one had blue one had gray. The grooms first jacket three sizes too big, the wrong color, and style. All the groomsmen were measured in store and not one of them had a perfect fitting tux and had ro reorder some part of it. All in all, they made the day SO much more stressful and if I had to do it over again, bridal gallery would be my last choice for wedding needs.
