We really love living at Remington Ridge! The office staff and maintenance team are so kind, considerate, and professional. Not only do you get a beautiful, spacious unit; you also get to enjoy their pool/hot tub, free workout room, pool table/game room, massive common area, and business office with printing. They care about your pets too. They have a couple of fenced in dog parks so you’re not having to keep your dog on a leash every-time you take them out. One of my favorite things about Remington Ridge is the amount of free parking they have on campus. You can park right up close to your building without having to walk far. Very clean place , only down side buildings numbered on one side , which makes it hard for people to find your apartment. Also reviewing several posts which seem to be legitimate complaints, in which the management needs to address vs. just discussing over a cup of coffee. Keeping the pool clean and address safety issues with a green pool. Fix the gate now that security has become an Texas issue according to DPS. Post building number for first responders to possibly save a life. And build a outdoor kitchen as promised, it would be nice just like many others apartment complexs have. I have lived here for 6 months and love everything about the community, my apt, and the management. There is truly a sense of community with my neighbors and all over the complex. My neighbors are great. Madison in the leasing office always goes the extra mile and seems genuinely concerned about the residents' happiness and goes above and beyond her call of duty. The apts are new and it's a smaller complex, which I love. I feel safe here. My apt is just great. Cute, cozy, homey, lots of storage, and a place I love coming home to. I think I've found my home for many years and hope to stay here...
