Harbor Freight — Local services in Weatherford

My family has been shopping at HF for years. I recently neeed a electric hoist so, I went & ended up buying a truck load of other things too. Long short is the hoist was defective so, I took it back to exchange it & experiences The worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. (& I do some serious shopping) I won’t bore u with all the details but, when I glanced at his name tag (I’m thinking I’m going to report this embicle) I notice the that he’s the “STORE MANAGER” I don’t know how he possible could manage anything when he had the personality & people skills if a roach. HF must have been desperate to have put him in any position that he would be dealing with the public. Regardless, I shopped again that day & bought another truck load of stuff. While shopping I incountered Mr. No Personality Rude Pants atleast 1/2 dozen more times & my oppionion remains the same. What a jerk! I think I’ll take my business to...

Pretty good experience. Went in for some of those 18” magnetic bars as they were on sale for $3.99. I use a ton of those in my shop mainly securing something else to the metal frame. Sometimes it’s a flag or banner, sometimes it’s a backdrop for pictures I use in my business, sometimes it’s to use blankets in help insulate the roll up door. Anyway, I picked up 20 and they had plenty left. Also picked up 100 packs of zip ties. The 11” ones were the same price & qty as the shorter ones so I bought 3 packs and can always cut them after I’ve secured whatever it is, but obviously you can’t make them longer if the need arises. And lastly I bout 4 of those little razor knifes with the scored blades to break off when they get dull. I mean for .69 how do...

Harbor freight charges you return fees on items without ever telling you up front. I tried to return a unopened unaltered 2" water hose in its original condition and they charged me $7.00 to return it. Candice the manager is one of those who politely pokes at you until your mad than acts like an innocent victim . she lied straight to me stating she couldn't wave this charge than later admitted she could however wouldn't. Worse experience i have ever had at harbor freight and I have been a customer for many many years. Don't let Candice play her little game of saying thank you instead of screw you. She...
