I’m not sure this place was even worth one star. The service at this place was ridiculous. When we went to check out there were no registers open and we had to find the manager to get someone the check us out. The young man Jordan that was sent to help us was less than thrilled about having to do his job. He told the customer behind us to find someone else to check him out because he was going to close when he was done with us. Not sure if it was his fist day or if all that CBD smoke was slowing his brain cause he tried to find a pair of shorts on his phone for a while before my wife just went and got him another pair to ring up. The worst part was we bought two of the exact same pairs for the same price. He then got very upset when I told him we would not need the hangers and I refused to help him remove them from the 4 items we had. Meanwhile the “manger” was about 15’ away hanging out with multiple employees while 4-5 more people got in line and nobody was available to help them. This has to be one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever seen. I worked in the service industry for a while when I was younger and would never dreamed of being openly disrespectful to as many customers as this group was. Obviously the young man does not like his job but with an attitude like that he will not be going anywhere...
Read moreIf I could put zero stars I would. I have NEVER had any issues at this location and usually interact with Manager John as he is always so helpful. Today I came in to exchange a backpack. I was under the impression I had my receipt and to my luck I did not. When I asked what my options were the girl Katelyn at the customer service counter told me nothing without the receipt. I was surprised to hear this considering it was new with tags, typically store credit is an “option.” Bottom line is she just didn’t want to help and that was apparent with her smirk attitude. Worst part about it was she was TRAINING A NEW EMPLOYEE!I wound up finding the receipt but as I was reminding her how terrible her customer service was she called the manager over to finish checking out. The manager Kevin told me I could indeed do store credit, but at that time I just wanted to return. Meanwhile Katelyn is laughing at me and when I said, “I’m glad you think this is funny” she responded with “it is funny.” Kevin allowed all 3 of his employees to laugh at me which is a reflection of him...

The staff here always looks like they’re trapped in purgatory with a low key attitude they present themselves with as well as being as helpful as a potato when it comes to customer care/assistance. I don’t think I have seen an employee ever smile or even say thank you for your business, NONETHELESS say “Can I help you find anything”. Genuinely would rather just shop anywhere else then come here. Which is exactly what I’m gonna do. Other than the radiating depression from all the employees, the store is poorly organized and things are in general disarray. The one time I was able to open a dialogue a different elderly employee popped off with a “you’re not my boss” as he stormed off like a 6 year old who wasn’t allowed to stick his fingers into the cookie jar. #Professional.
