Five Below — Local services in Webster

These stores are always clean, neat, and organized. The staff seem to be all friendly and know there jobs. I called looking for a pair of special joggers yesterday and spoke to a gentleman @ the westchase location he went straight to the floor told me they have them, but I forget to ask him for a size so he had to go back and check he found them and he stated he would hold them for me. When i got there he was so nice and we spoke briefly he had a VERY POSITIVE ATTITUDE and was a very pleasant person i am sorry i didn't catch his name cause i would give him props. By mentioning his name but I didn't get it I would highly recommend this westchase location & highway 6 I also called them looking for a bigger size and they also told me they didn't have them but they get a truck soon and told me when to call back to check they also have very good customer service from that store as well just from me calling and shopping at these 2 locations personally. And they stores are always very well stocked and clean, no garbage on the floors, no kids playing in the stores, just all business so I enjoy shopping here now and for many more years and they always get pretty good...

Very pleasant staff, place is too small for so much clutter, no one is cleaning during the business day as items are scattered here and there, and if something falls to the floor, that's pretty much where it's going to stay. That said - what can you expect from a store that sells everything from 5 dollars (and below)? Well....except when it doesn't. Yes, there's a wall that is "upscale" ... LOL. It's the 10 and below wall of shelves! OMG. Its a great place to get stocking stuffers, inexpensive items for little gifts to put under the tree. Overall I would recommend buying the $2.00 bag (Vinyl) it's a great deal. Holds a lot and zips closed. Great for putting away what you bought until you have time to wrap it......especially if the little ones are "looking" for an early...

Nice staff, fast check out, this company stays in touch with the community needs they do a lot with the lemonade stand program, they always get new stuff every week and they get a pretty good amount of new and interesting things most of the time especially in their clothing section, the staff members are eager to help they will speak to you on the floor not walk right past like other places, the do also carry snacks, drinks, and the best part is there is NOTHING OVER $5 BUCKS. So happy shopping they did have some popular toys in stock last time I was there so keep an eye out christmas is around the corner and enjoy finding those...
