I got engaged Christmas Eve and my ring was a little big on my finger, so as everyone does I take it in to go get resized on January 3rd. When I dropped it off, they told me it would be ready in 3 weeks on the 24th. Ugh, still a longer time than I was expecting but okay whatever. Well I’m waiting and waiting.. no update no website update, no idea where my ring is. the 24th comes around and I still haven’t heard anything? Okay maybe they’re busy today.. they’ll call tomorrow. Nope. I had to call first... APPARENTLY Zales corporate forced them to change jewelers at the first of the year, and this new jeweler didn’t even start on my ring yet. While I was super annoyed because I had plans on the 28th and on the 30th and then again in February. Of course the store associate apologized and told me they would try to find out more. One week passes by before I hear anything so I call back. Now they’re telling me that it got sent to the new jeweler but hasn’t began the resizing process. So I have to cancel plans because what’s engagement pictures without a ring! So.... finally I get a date, February 3rd. Still nothing. February 4th... still nothing. “Oh it’ll be either today or tomorrow”. I continued to hear this for another week. At this point I’m fed up, I want my ring back, I DO NOT CARE I will take it elsewhere. Finally the store associate calls on February 10th and tells me my ring is in so I go and get it. So in short it took over 6 weeks to get 1 engagement ring to be resized by just a a half size. Yup just a half size. So Zales corporate... since you decided to switch jewelers to save more money because y’all so cheap, I hope everyone who had the same issue as me never shop here again. And for the record it might help if you would’ve atleast kept me in the loop but obviously you can’t...
Read moreMy husband and I were married on Saturday June the 14th and his wedding band literally fell apart on Sunday. We called they told us to bring it in and they would replace with our lifetime warranty. We get to the store and she told us she didn’t feel confident replacing the ring because other customers had the same issue with the ring. The lady automatically issued a refund to a card we don’t even own. She didn’t verify the card nothing just issued a refund to someone else. My husband then told her to just cancel that and reissue or give us the broken ring back and they absolutely refused. The refused to call management they refused to do anything helpful. How devastating the ring he took our vows with. We left empty handed and are now filing a civil suit absolutely ridiculous and I will never deal with this...
Read moreI came to the store to have my ring cleaned and there was some issue with the system, so my information couldn't be found. Marla, who helped me with the ring cleaning, was incredibly helpful. She did clean the ring despite the fact that my info was never found, gave me her phone number so I could just text her my receipt without having to go back to the store. It's always pleasant to work with professional and friendly staff members especially after I had a not so pleasant encounter with a staff member at the same store a couple of years ago, who told me I could not enter the store although I had a mask on (this happened during Covid 19) and essentially shooed me out with her hand gestures.
