Dunham's Sports — Local services in West Branch

In order to write this review I HAVE to give a star. You wouldn't get a star. Your employees are all rude little kids. Too many kids working and none of them know anything. Employees on register, i was asking questions and some don't know the store. Said they are on register all the time. Line backed up and 1 register going. But you have men standing around on their phones and flirting with other employees. Rude ppl working. Noone answers the phone. Drove by and they weren't busy. Why cant they answer their phone? Managers are rude to their employees. Went into the store once, and workers standing around. Not one employee asked if I needed help with anything. If you're going to hire people actually hire people that want to work. Instead of giving hours to people who stand around and don't do their jobs. Of the time I was in there, I seen four people working and actually doing their jobs. It's the busy season. Why have kids working if they are going to stand around, flirt with other employees, being rude and on their phones scrolling facebook and tiktok. Employees on register are rude. Horrible...

We stopped at this West Branch location as we were meeting up with family. We needed to find my daughter a new backpack and decided to try here. This store was amazing! It was very clean, very organized, and the lady that checked us out (her name was Kay) was so polite and nice to us. I have never been in a Dunham's before that was this pleasant. Discouraging trip to this “nearly new” Dunhams. Hoped to find “a” golf shirt. Not at this store. There were two side hanging racks of “sleeveless only” for women. About 20 shirts all told. The men had no less than 12 racks with at least 10 shirts per rack and 4 large carousel racks with at least 30 shirts per rack.
