couldn't find the entrance initially so i emailed them and got a response right away and they sent someone right out to find me. the staff were super friendly and accommodating. everything is neat and easy to browse through their stock. it was nice to see a good variety of pops. they also have exclusives there! and even a discount spot for damaged boxes for those who like to have loose figures and don't care about the packaging. definitely a spot to check out!

TIP ON HOW TO FIND THIS PLACE it's literally at the end of seeley ave past all the condos. it'll look like you're going into an alley/parking lot (there's construction currently) and you'll see a black door to the back of a warehouse. when you open the door you'll see something that looks like a costco, but don't worry because you're in the right place. just walk straight past that stuff and there'll be another door and...

If I could rate less than one star, I would. First and last time ever ordering from this place. I preordered 7 pops, and received 5, but the invoice that was "packaged with care" said there was 7. I had to chase them down via email, and then via Facebook to get my missing 2 pops, with zero apologies for their error, in fact they were ignorant. No apologies and no attempt to even make it right with a coupon or anything saying "you're still getting your order it's been shipped" and furthermore I had to ask for tracking and they provided me with nothing, and made it seem like I was bothering them. This is not how you keep customers, we are collectors and spend a fortune on Funkos but I won't be giving them any...

I ordered some Funko sodas back in Nov 2020 that are still showing pre order. I contacted M3 several times since Jan 2022 for an update and refund. I have had a few responses but not many and have been advised a refund is being issued. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing!

Customer service is just not there and doesn’t not live up to the website statements. You can cancel anytime! That’s after they have taken your money and don’t want to refund you!

I feel like I have been robbed of my 90$ and nothing to show for it.
