BoxLunch — Local services in West Covina

The store is great for the products they sell and cleanliness. But sadly we were basically followed during our whole shopping experience. The same half shaved headed employee asked us on 3-4 different occasions if we needed any help. We had a double stroller and our toddler was fussy. So we were already stressed and she added to it by asking us questions while we were trying to browse around. I don’t know if having the large stroller made us suspicious as if we were going to shove things under our basket and walk away with it. We rushed our trip made our PURCHASE with OUR DEBIT CARD with the money we have from our hard earned paycheck even though I didn’t feel like I should have bought anything from their store but BoxLunch has cool Star Wars and Disney Merch so we went ahead and PURCHASED THE PRODUCTS WE LIKED. I regret the transaction and plan on sticking to buying online...

I spend way more money than I expect to, every time I shop here. It's amazing how many fun items, & awesome merchandise I find here. Normally purchase items that remind me of my youth, FUNKO POPS. The whole staff at the W. Cov. location are friendly. I favor Christian though, since he goes out of his way to help me get a gr8 deal of savings for awesome buys. He'll remind me of my BOX LUNCH CASH, & my savings, for not just myself, but for gifting others. He's helped me find items quickly, & order em online easily. Arrive at my home pretty quick. I absolutely love this store, esp. this location....

Went in today to pick up an online order. We had got some merch of one of our fave movies Beetlejuice. While looking around we were greeted by Alyssa. Omgsh she's the sweetest person I've met at this location. She is so helpful and answered all my questions. Alyssa really had a great personality and made our night.
