WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE They pressure you and Lie and are Very deceiving with no morals what's so ever. These ladies will tell you anything to make a sale. I wanted to make a return within 24 hours of purchase and the older lady ana and her conworker (convicts) said I was unable to make the return. I called the finance company who funded the purchase and they said I would be able to return the item. I walked into the store 3 days later and the sales person told me I had 30 days to return. Every time I would call to request to speak to the manager they would lie and say she had the day off or was on vacation. They intentionally delayed me from speaking to the manager so I would pass my 10 day return period. I finally was able to talk to the manager (12 days later) and I explained the reason why I was returning the item was due to my being laid off of work. Her response to me to was mind boggling and very offensive! She replied telling me what I was saying wasn't true because it was summer and there was plenty of work (she was speaking as if she knew my profession in construction management ) she called over her co worker Ana and asked if I've been trying to make the return and she confirmed! As soon as she acknowledge what I was saying was true she quickly turned back to tell me she can't help me and if I wanted to make the return I should have right away. I explained to her when I was trying to make the return Her employees were the ones telling me to wait (intentionally having me pass the 10 day period) I thought I had an honest sales person with integrity and customer loyalty instead I got low class sales people. Please what ever you do DO NOT SHOP AT DANIELS JEWELERS

I am soo disappointed with this store. At first, I had such a great experience. I opened my account with Nancy. To which I was given false information. I was told I did NOT have to make a first time payment, due to a special promotion until the second month. I have literally had my account open for almost a year now, and they are BARELY informing me that I SHOULD have made a payment the first month.

Nancy was WRONG. AND WAS RUDE when I went into the store to try to figure out why my credit score was so horrible. You would think that atleast ONCE of the many times I went into pay, NANCY OR AVELINA could have told me that my payments were behind, and they could have helped me figure it out. But they didn’t. They just kept taking my money.

Instead, After many unhelpful visits and calls, I called corporate, to which manager Frank, was very kind and helpful.

He agreed that this store acted POORLY. And we were both disappointed to find that they did NOTHING to help.

I am blessed that Frank helped me fix this, after a whole YEAR.

DO NOT come to this store. Instead, maybe I’d recommend the Montebello location if you ABSOLUTELY have to go to a Daniels. They are the only store I have found that is...

Terrible service, and misinformation has caused issues between my wife and I.

They’re rude, and defensive when they make any mistakes. Multiple times, I made multiple payments in the same month (thinking I was being credited for the following month).

Worker Nancy, who took my payment and knew that I was trying to pay double to cover the next month, never told me that I couldn’t do that.

Instead, she took my payments, and filed me as LATE for the next month.

When I tried to get this resolved, Avelina and Nancy were no help. They’re just all about in-curing sales, they don’t care about you as a customer. I promise.

They made me create a positive review the day I opened my account for a discount. Well it’s all bs. All the good reviews you see, are bs. Its for customer incentive.

Go to Zales, or Kay’s. But Daniels is seriously just shy of being a Macy’s....
