Went here for the third time and felt compelled to take the time to write a review. First off, one of the main reasons why I enjoy renting cars from centurion is because of the small mom and pop feel you get when you walk into the showroom it’s not like another big corporate shop with all these suits walking around trying to up sell you. Hassle free and top notch customer service makes it worth the trip. They let you take your time and pick the exact car you want and if they don’t have the car in stock they do everything they can to make it right. In my case half way thru my rental they notified me as soon as the G63 was available and let me swap out the car without any issues.
Cars are always washed and clean inside and out and anytime I have any questions regarding the car I call direct and get an answer on the spot. I wish they had more locations around LA but for me it’s worth the drive from LAX to get the white glove service that they offer!

They canceled my rental because the car had been in an accident earlier in the week however no one at Centurion thought about notifying me until the night before my rental date. As a result my birthday plans were completely ruined last minute and I did not have any time to make alternative arrangements since they notified me so late. They could clearly careless. Their standard of customer service is beyond terrible. I highly do NOT recommend them and would go with a more solid company for your car rental needs especially if it is for an important or special event.
PS I am still waiting for a refund
*UPDATE: They tried to ammend the situation by re-renting a new vehicle to me, only this time they cancelled the morning of the rental instead of the night before. I have attached a screenshot of the text message I received from them the morning of my scheudled rental. ...

He stopped sending me payments starting September '25 despite continuing to rent the car to his customers. Centurion collected thousands in revenue without sending me a dime before I had to eventually forcibly reclaim my vehicle.
