Horrible Customer Service. I have been purchasing a dozen Roses almost every Friday for about a year. Cost was about $24. Last Friday Veronica, the owners daughter, suggested Peonies. I bought 6 for about $36. No doubt they are pretty. One of the six didn’t open while the other five did. Well at $6 a flower I went back with the unopened Peony and Veronica told me to cut the stem and massage the petals. I said OK. About a week after making the purchase that last flower still hadn’t opened so I returned. I gave it to Veronica who simply told me I had to wait longer. Then her father came over and blamed me for being impatient. He simply said that flowers will open when they want to and there was nothing he could do about it. Veronica said when I came back the Peony would indeed open. I told her all I ever wanted was Roses because I enjoyed them at $2 each but a Peony at $6 each was her idea and that when I purchase flowers I want to enjoy them now not 10 days later waiting for them to open up. Did either Veronica or her dad offer me a Rose or two instead? Nope. It was all my fault for thinking that the Peonies would open when I wanted them to open. Well at $6 a flower they could have done a better job at customer service. As for me I vote with my wallet and will never return. Read moreHorrible service. I like to support brick and mortar businesses in WEHO so I stopped in here last week and had horrible attitude from a clerk who obviously hates her job. I left because it was 15 minutes before close (at 4pm haha) and she would not help me. Thought she just had a bad day so I re-visited and again the store clerk once again was harassing an employee. Then she held my selections of bundles not allowing me to put them, unwrapped, in the vessel I was also going to purchase to see how many bundles of material I needed to buy so I could make an arrangement at my work. I was trying to visualize how much to purchase and she thought I was going to use her store as a work studio. Horrible attitude. This woman must be the owner because she is so bad for business she would have been fired by now. I sent a friend in the next day to see if it was just me and just as I thought my friend also had an extremely unsavory experience with this miserable store clerk. Customer service matters a lot. I mostly come here for bdays and holidays, every so often when I think a friend needs a pick-me-up.
Staff is always fantastic and so helpful. A huge range of options that are not common at most shops.
To be frank I do not know pricing at other shops very well because I just stuck with this shop after finding it many years ago when passing through the area. You may find lower prices other places, but you can usually find good deals on bundles and single flowers. Sometimes if the one I want is out of my price range, I ask for some help finding something similar OR get a completely different flower in the same color.
All I ask is that yall put up a pet safe flower guide! It’s so helpful!!
