Paid $140 for same day delivery on 2/14 and they weren’t delivered until 2/17 at 8 PM. The recipient got a call after we ate dinner together at 11 PM 2/14 saying the delivery person was about to be at their office building. Seriously? 11 PM? I talked to the delivery person and they assured me the flowers could be delivered the next day instead. They were not. When I called on Friday 2/16 to ask where the order was and why it wasn’t delivered, I was met with a man who refused to believe that the order hadn’t been delivered. After waiting hours for the manager to contact the delivery driver who was unavailable, I was then told that I would need to provide the recipients contact so they could confirm it wasn’t delivered. They should have already had the recipients contact from the delivery information. I’m the one who paid. I’m the one who placed the order. I’m the one handling the order as it was originally supposed to be a surprise. Why would I take time and energy out of my work day to try and scam to a florist? I was essentially told I was lying before the call dropped. I was called back not long after and was shortly told that the order would be delivered first thing Saturday morning, although they weren’t delivered until too late to be reasonable for a Saturday night. They didn’t even use a fresh bouquet, it was a few days old old withered with broken flowers (I assume it was from the day it was supposed to be delivered). Do not buy flowers...

I had a very frustrating experience with Noble Gardens Florist due to their inability to follow clear and specific delivery instructions. Despite calling ahead and explicitly providing step-by-step directions in case of any issues, they ignored my instructions. I even gave them my personal phone number and made myself available to assist the delivery driver if needed, yet they never reached out when a problem arose.
To make matters worse, when I repeatedly tried to follow up to find out where the flowers had been delivered, they were completely unresponsive. After multiple failed attempts, I had to contact them through their website host just to get a response. When they finally replied (to the web host, not me) instead of taking accountability, they claimed they had done their job and provided a photo of the flowers dropped off at a doorstep (attached)—with no confirmation of whether they reached the correct recipient.
A florist’s job isn’t just about arranging flowers—it’s about ensuring they are delivered correctly and with care. Noble Gardens Florist completely failed in both service and communication. If you need a florist that prioritizes reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, I would strongly suggest...
Read moreI wanted to get a custom bouquet with specific aesthetic for my wedding, which happened to be on the same week as Mother’s Day. All the other florists that I contacted said that they couldn’t do it since either the flowers I wanted are not in season or they couldn’t figure out how to make the bouquet with flowers that are also safe for my two cats.
I was on the verge of giving up and just going with the fake flowers on Amazon, but Noble Garden Florist (Saeed) contacted me in a last minute and were able to make the bouquet of my dream!! They even sent me some flower options and I was able to pick which ones I wanted 🥹 Not to mention that they also took care of the deliveries, even though I was staying a bit far away from their location!
Looking at this bouquet brings me so much joy and I am so thankful that they were able to make my dream bouquet come true and I cannot thank them enough for it! I highly HIGHLY recommend this...
