What a beautiful community and quiet tropical Oasis. Upon my first visit I was immediately welcomed by a warm smile who met me as I was driving up Larrabee Street! His name was Luis (Assistant Business Manager )and immediately you could tell he was proud of the community that he works hard to foster. Within 24 hours of initially calling Mediterranean to see some of their available units, Luis made himself available to show me around. When you walk into the community is as if the city life disappears! I love the sounds of the small waterfalls that pour into the koi ponds in the courtyard and the friendly hellos from new neighbors.. not only did I notice that the village was in tiptop shape, (clean, smelled pleasant), but I continuously saw the maintenance staff hard at work wearing a smile! Get this, they’re so proud, involved and generous in the community that one of the gentleman named Winston saw that I was moving in and opened up the garage closer to my unit to allow me to bring my things in two days in a row. Additionally, when I had a quick question regarding how to properly close my closet, Luis immediately jumped on the request, and within minutes, another fantastic maintenance employee named Joe arrived at my door to give me some assistance! So far so good, and I am extremely pleased with the way in which I was handled, properly, educated, and respected throughout this entire process. Couldn’t be more happy and my GOODNESS - the location is incredible. You literally can’t beat this area. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Although the apartment complex is beautiful, don’t let that deceive you from its greedy management team. I broke my lease due to personal issues and left at 3 months and was expecting my entire deposit back. Though not only did they keep my entire deposit but they are demanding $313 more. They are claiming that I caused $713 worth of damages all by myself. I had no partner, kids or animals. I was nothing but respectful towards management, my neighbors and the studio. I never hung anything, never painted the walls, never damaged the floors etc. All I had was a bed a rug and a TV, I treated that studio as if it was my own home. Luis the assistant manager, tried charging me an extra month’s worth of rent, claiming I used a month free incentive when I did not. This man was so money hungry that he did not fact check himself and wanted to falsely charge me which is what they are going with my deposit and false claimed damages.

this apartment complex is really fishy they evict you without posting any notice on your door stating there was a eviction happening nore any court date . I was living in this apartment complex and one day I saw there is a WRIT OF POSSESSION on my door saying I have to vacate the unit in 3 days. I was paying high rent in this apartment complex and after 10 pm if you walk in your unit or watch TV they will send you a noise complain the apartment complex is not code complaint. I'm working with code enforcement and going to open a lawsuit for fraud and damages to my records. I would never trust any other review that is all 5 star anyone could...
