Went in to have my chain length shortened to 13 inches. Woman very rudely says “ 16 inches”. No, I need it 13 inches , that is where I want the length to be for the cross I wear, I want it to be right here ( pointing to area on my throat) 16” she days again.. No, I’d like it 13”.. I asked if at least you could measure around my neck (which I had already done myself at home) and which is why I wanted it shortened to 13”.. Finally they agreed to measure and they (he) agreed to shorten to 13” but in reality he said 13.5”.. Came back to pick it up when it was ready, took it home and wouldn’t you know it wasn’t 13” or 13.5”, but still too long and not where I wanted it while wearing it. Before we even had a chance to look around at anything. I went to this place to see if they could look at a watch for me, only to be told that they don't do that there. Why would you label yourselves as a jeweler if you can't even look at a piece of jewelry? It was a very unwelcome experience and we will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! Asked for a repair and/or money refunded they refused on both counts. Took to another jeweler the lens that was installed was not the correct size for the watch in question. The band stems were not replaced correctly. If you repair something and it fails within a week money should be returned when you produce a receipt for repair and the broken watch...
