The freaking worst thing ever Iāve had an appointment since 11/06 for the 11/24 they made my appointment and here I am waiting for them to arrive I see even the tracker and the technician itās assigned to with delivery window 7:30 to 11:30 then out of nowhere they donāt arrive and they completely disappear my appointment on the app. I call them and they couldnāt give me a reason as to why it got canceled and that theyāre trying to contact the technician and they donāt answer the phones and that my only option is to reschedule me for the next available date like if Iām just now requesting an appointment for the first time. Iāve called 2 times spoke for an hour each with 4 different people nobody can give me an answer or a sense of urgency to give me something sooner. Both times I called they said a supervisor would reach out to me in 1-3hours. Twice Iām supposed to have 2 supervisors call me!! Iām still waiting and itās been 3 days now not one person has called me to make this right. Im not even one to leave negative reviews but mannnnn not one person can make this right for me!!! Hopefully they answer to this if they even care to do my service asap and I want a HUGE discount or just cancel everything because this is ridiculous. Iām tired of calling geek squad and explaining them this situation. Everything is annotated on the account and nobody calls me back for a solution or an earlier appointment. They just put me on the back of the list without a care in the world. They apologize a million times but they donāt offer any solutions. When i got there i was told i needed to purchase a screen from a 3rd party that was odd in itself but i went ahead and purchased one. well when i got it a week later i went back to get it replaced. well than another person goes and tells me that they don't do computer repairs on site and it would take 2 weeks or more to send it to their service center and at which they added that it would be a completely different price. this was of course after i had went there yesterday to set an appointment. Lot's of problems with the setup and not training for how to fully use the Frame TV and add our pictures for viewing on the frame. Geek Squad came to the rescue after no support from the 3rd party vendor or Samsung.
