I think it was the manager— went in here with my amazing boyfriend before an event for dress pants. He is a handsome 6’4”+ guy who gained weight as a first responder aka local hero. Right before my company event this small balding jackass sales associate had the audacity to barely move his incompetent self to find multiple options, brings back pants two sizes to small, as I scan the store actually moving around to find his size. When the ridiculously small pants didn’t fit he told my boyfriend “it’s because you are too fat.” My boyfriend is a trooper and laughed but when I tell you I plan on going to corporate I am not kidding. I recently visited DXL in West Palm Beach, FL and had an amazing shopping experience thanks to Jim! From the moment I walked in the door, he greeted me with a warm smile and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I needed to wear the purchased item out of the store, Jim went above and beyond by steaming the shirt and pants for me. It’s a great place, and the man that helped me was great! (Sorry I can’t remember your name but you really were a great help!) Measured me and helped me pick out proper fitting dress clothes.

My only issue was amongst my dress clothes I bought 2 ties, which were on a mix and match $29.99 each sale and upon checking the receipt later I saw that the ties were not discounted as per the sale and I ended up paying full price, so I will take off a star for that.
