Someone used my card and did 3 fraudulent transactions, I simply called the store to alert the the company, of what’s going on , I don’t understand if someone slides a card 3x in 1 transaction why wouldn’t you ID them that’s a red flag , he seem upset that I made the statement and was totally disinterested in anything I had to say, very rude and disrespectful. I told him that I had just been a victim of auto theft and I was trying to track down the person on visuals for the police , he wouldn’t help me , I’m offended and will never patronize a business like this. Have been coming here for years. Since the new current ownership took over it has been night and day better. they have everything you need and are very personable. I live in the building above the shop and very glad they took over the shop. The previous owner never had anything because it was always empty.
