Staff is amazing! I knew these woman they trespassed would go somewhere else to harass them. I believe that one of them just left a negative review. Funny thing is the manager is the same in both stores, so their review has no merit. Iâm a reseller, so Iâm in their store almost daily. I asked the staff if they were ok and had to give my report to officers. The GM has only interacted with the customers twice (she stated others in management had handled the rest of the chaos while she apologized for their reckless behavior) and I heard them call her horrible names and degrade her every which way. All the managers are kind and deserve respect. Trust me, the owners love their manager and that woman really turned the business around for the better. They work so hard. Your review isnât going to matter to them- itâs lies in an attempt to hurt these young women and defame them to save yourself. You donât think they communicate with their legal team? Thatâs why they trespassed all 5 of you and your abusive family. These young ladies have been verbally abused, their employees assaulted and they continue to work. One lady (she has reviewed them below) attempted to hit a minor employee with her vehicle and another filmed them as they were âanti maskersâ looking to fight and harass employees. Screaming by and hiding in your cars after being trespassed for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing is another crime in itself. SHAME ON YOU for not treating them with respect. Some of these employees are children. Also, you left your very young child wondering their store (child neglect?) and they were trying to help you. I saw the manager waive your loading fee the first time you freaked out. Perhaps you shouldnât be such an embarrassing woman and follow laws (along with all of your Thatcher family) so you donât need to be trespassed. Just a thought. Keep it up Shabundyâs staff. Iâm shocked it took me this long to comment as Iâve patronized their stores since 2020, mid pandemic - and Iâve never left with nothing. Why go to the big box re-sell stores that carry Rae Dunn and clothing of the like for home accents when you can find better quality; returned/slightly worn (always capable of repair) or even brand new items at Shabundyâs.
Iâve designed my entire home around pieces in this store, when we moved to Utah for the first 4 weeks we had no furniture and purchased two beds, a couch, bedding, utensils, glasses, wall art, entertainment stand, coffee table, and end table and so much more from Shabundyâs.
Iâve bought gifts for family, friends, neighbors, coworkers and teachers and because they all come from big brand stores it looks like I spent duckets and buckets of money and we never do. The best people work at Shabundyâs. They have always hired with the customer in mind. Great hearts of service. Always kind, always patient, treat you like family.
They take orders over the phone but Iâve also waited in line on a Saturday for something weâve kept our eye on and waited. Follow them on social media to ensure you see what you want, take a picture of the sales so you get the best deals and SNAG THE TAG.
Whatever you do, watch your kids ** I make that comment as the mother of a 1st grader. (the customers letting their children behave like unattended inmates really bother me) the staff works so hard to keep the store orderly and kids really shouldnât be unattended in any store let alone a store with such high end piece and donât be a Richard to the staff, you keep them happy, theyâll keep us happy.

I posted this 3-star review a couple days ago and the area manager called me to get my feedback. This is the first time I have left a review of a business that I received a follow up call. Kudos to you! I was not asked to change my review but I am for the "Caring attitude"! The staff here is very good. They are patient, helpful and kind. Good job with educating a staff in the importance of this. You have made a return customer out of me.
See more for an up to date occurrence: Recently I have been getting numerous notifications more and more each day of social posts from Shabundy's. So, I decided to DM them and let them know my opinion. I posted this exact working in my DM to them "You guys are posting way too often. Keep up this pace and I will not follow you". I felt this was a good way to make them aware of their pesky posting habit. The responder replies with "You are welcome to unfollow. We work too hard to receive such demeaning comments". Really?!? Was my post demeaning? Looks like the are extremely defensive. They went on to say: "Its partially an online business. Sorry you feel the need to threaten young people with an unfollow. Do Better. Be kind." Maybe they were having a bad day? This is no way to treat a customer who has spent thousands of $$$ at this store. I did identify my self so they understood who they were addressing.
