Costco Wholesale — Local services in West Valley City

Shame on Costco, I am so disappointed with this store we, well my husband and my son are the members on the account. I recently try to get in at Costco and my entry was denied because I was using my son card like we as family usually do sometimes I use my husband or my son. I honestly we as family don’t need each one of my family members to have a membership I am feeling so discriminated with this policy and we will shot down are membership, I recently when to Spain and I was so happy with our membership because I was able to used at the Costco there, with no problems. I honestly like Costco policy give me a kick on my ass and so dissatisfied with the treatment I got a the west valley location in Utah with one of the members with her actitud making feeling like I was a criminal or liar that I was trying to robe the store or that I was trying to be smart by getting in with my son membership card like I always used. The member no even let me getting to look stuff to buy later to come by to buy, thank you Costco we will cancel all our membership and credit cards, I know you don’t need us but for sure I will let everyone in my family to close their membership because we don’t deserve to treated like delinquents and discriminated and am sure is because we are Hispanic. Shame on you Costco also I will talk to my financial advisor to sell anything that has to do with...

Everytime I go shopping at Costco, I myself at least spend $50 or above (sorry I am not rich). However today, I had the worst experience in this Costco retail. We always respect the elder employees working there.

This afternoon, my friend and I just went straight to the pharmacy department to buy some vitamins and Olay's products. Then we decided to shop some fruits. We saw some sample foods on the way. My friends took two samples, one for him one for me. The lady saw that. After I finish my sample, I want another one because it's good. When I was in front of the sample table, the "Costco LADY" stared at me and said, "your friend took two, you want it you can buy it right there." Even though, there is a lot of samples on the table, but she likely refuse to let me take one more. She kept saying loud, "right there, you can buy it" among many people, which I think she want everyone to look me down or other meaning I don't know. I feel very bad and shameful. So this was my fault for taking another sample (Wednesday afternoon, and the sample was full on the table). I am sorry. I am not aware it is a rule everyone only take one sample. But I will recommend you to place a sign for that. I will not be your member next year becauseI don't want to encounter this feeling again.

Temporary barricades everywhere! Highly unsafe I love Costco but I'm not putting my life at risk by shopping at this particular location. I went in the entrance with the goal of going to the food court to get a hot dog and soda combo. The food court is on the other side of the check stands and the unmanned check stands were barricaded, there was no way for me to pass unless I vaulted shopping carts, or pushed other shoppers aside so I went out the entrance and in the exit, the instant I walked in the exit the employee working at the door yelled at me saying I needed to go in the entrance, I told him I did but the way to the food court was blocked with shopping carts so this was the only way for me to safely arrive at the food court, as I passed the customer service desk the lady there said "sir come over here" and proceeded to berate me for coming in the exit I again explain to her that blocking the aisles is unsafe and there was no way for me to pass the barricades I pointed at the barricades which were not visible unfortunately from the customer service desk but she told me she would let me pass just this one time. Take a look at these barricades and now imagine there's a fire and the building needs to be evacuated, how are people getting out? I love Costco but I'm not returning to this particular location for safety reasons. Safety first Costco,...
