Floor & Decor — Local services in West Windsor

Overall the in store experience has been okay but when it comes to customer service it is pretty bad. You have to be lucky for them to pick up the phone and also like stated in another review the employees are hard to find and hang out in the front of the store when they are around. I went in person and spoke to Kat who helped me find flooring that was in stock but was actually on a pallet on the second shelf and she said that all the drivers where busy right now and they cannot get it down for me at that moment which is fine but she promised me that they would have it down by the next day for me to be able to pick it up and to call ahead just to confirm. So today I called and I forgot the gentleman's name but he said they did not bring the pallet down and that there are no drivers available to bring it down, so I asked when would someone be available and he said overnight but thats not guaranteed....

For a store as big as floor and decor I expect a little better service then that.

I told him ok I will have to look elsewhere then and he simply said okay...

So far I am not to pleased with the new location and now I have to drive over half an hour out of my way to possibly get the flooring at another location if they even have it on...

We had an incredible experience at this newly opened store! The staff is absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the sales team and even the delivery crew. We initially visited to explore wood floor options and ended up placing an order right on the spot. The pickup was even earlier than anticipated, and the entire process was flawlessly executed. I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of wood flooring or excellent service. Great job, team!

Update - This place is good for shopping but when it comes to their design studio, its horrible. We took appoinment for our bathrooms remodelling and met with their designer Nikita. She put us with their contractor company to do the in-house measurements. They came home and measured the stuff, now starts the problems. No one from Floor and Decor cares about taking our order or following up. I called and emailed them multiple times but no follow-ups, no results, just the deaf ears. I’ve been 3/4 different locations over the years and have always ended up ordering online because of the lack of customer service or poor customer service. This Princeton location was a pleasant surprise. I was floored by the friendly and dedicated staff. Chris and Pinaki were extremely professional and helpful. Even though i got to the store near closing they gave me their full attention, helped me make the needed decisions, and didn’t rush me at all. I was really impressed.
