I’m extremely disappointed with this store. Twice now, I’ve been near the shoe section by the entrance and have witnessed a theft. What’s most concerning is that no one can do anything about it. I understand that these situations can be dangerous, but why isn’t the store taking action? Why not hire security? Why put customers at risk? Many people shop alone or with their children, yet the manager seems powerless to do anything.

This issue needs to be escalated to the owners or someone who can actually address it because this should not be happening. The store is located in a beautiful part of the city, yet they allow repeated thefts without taking any steps to prevent them. They should prioritize the safety of their customers.

I stood in line twice in the same day. Once for a return and later to buy an item. Neither time did the manager Jolena care to help out the single cashier working, or call for a second cashier. Instead I stood in like for ten + minutes while she stood behind the cashier SLOWLY peeling a sticker off of a bowl. Efficiency and quickness is clearly not her strong suit, and customer service is not a priority to her. There ended up being 7 customers behind me and she NEVER jumped on. Fortunately for them another cashier came up. I meanwhile has already waited ten min without the silent acknowledgment from her. I was shocked to her that she was a manager when I asked my cashier about her. Demotion or firing should be consider if she can’t make customers...

I love this store and wish there was one closer but this is pretty good. I would just recommend trying on everything unless you wanna make returns later, because a lot of the sizes differ by brand. For example I usually can’t wear a petite size 4 because they are too big however I tried on a certain brand and they ended up fitting just right. I typically wear a size small in everything so I bought a bodysuit and tried it on at home. But it wore more like an extra small and was way too tiny. Their beauty items are always good, face mask both wet and peel off are always nice. I have tried many products that feature “cleaner ingredients” as well as spa items like pumice stone and exfoliators, and I am overall happy with...
