Have been waiting for a minute for this place to open up as the mention of "Nashville Chicken" gets me pretty excited. Speed: things took a while, but that's to be expected as they just opened up. It was busy and everyone's new. I'd give them a total pass here. Service: manager/owner was roving making sure everyone knew they weren't forgotten, apologized for wait times. The girl at the cash register was nice but a little timid, may have been somewhat overwhelmed. Again, not knocking off anything here as everyone's new and it definitely wasn't "bad." Quality: got a #1 extra hot with some waffle fries and oh my god the sandwich was absolutely amazing. Totally delicious. Unbelievable. Possibly the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Price: Here's why this isn't a 5 star review. The pricing is... Weird, in a few ways. There's really no discount for doing a combo that I could tell, as the difference between sandwich and combo pricing was $4. Typically a combo will be the price of an entree and a side plus maybe $0.50 for the drink instead of an additional $2. Here a side of fries is $2 and a drink is $2 separately, so you really save virtually nothing doing the combo. Also from what I could tell, the only difference between the #2 and the #3 is lettuce and tomato, and for those two ingredients it's $1.80 more, making the #3 sandwich $6.79. These two ingredients are uuuusually a no charge thing. Noticing these things I opted to do the #1 with a side separately and just water to drink, and the girl at the register initially rang it up as a combo. I asked if she could ring them up separately since it would be cheaper and she seemed surprised to hear that but she went ahead and did it real quick. Total came to $9.50 and while it was absolutely delicious, I would probably need a second sandwich to get full, which would bring my total to the tune of $17 if I were to do that. The fries were quite small even for a $2.19 regular size I would say. Probably a total of 7 decent sized waffle fries in the container. May be better off doing baskets and placing fries in half the basket to make fitting a decent amount more feasible. I don't know if any of these things even can be changed though since I believe this is a franchise. That said, I still think the place is great and will only get better over time. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely go back!

Ewe… this was my first time stopping here for lunch. I won’t be going back. I ate as much as I could stand of this small $11 salad, complained to my coworkers that it tasted old and was expensive and then pitched the rest. That’s when I noticed the sticker on the bottom of the container. Today is 10-15 as you can see from my receipt. My $11 salad was made on 10-3 and was supposed to be disposed of by 10-10. I was also give a house salad and not the Cobb salad, maybe bacon would have made it taste a little better? Either way gross. I gave them 2 stars because the gentleman at the window was very polite, gave me a first responder/Military discount without me asking for it, and they have the cylinder ice that’s great for munching. If they aren’t checking dates on their salad are they checking them on their raw chicken?

This place was AMAZING! If you are like me and have a very low threshold of spice, but want to try something new, this is the place. They have varying levels of spice to their chicken, ranging from no spice to super duper spicy (they have special labels that I can't remember now). I will warn you that this food will require you to use a lot of napkins (or maybe I'm still learning how to function as a human, not sure). The best thing- the BEST THING on their menu - the BISCUITS. You wouldn't expect that much from a chicken joint, but I've consumed a lot of biscuits in my time in the south, and these easily made my top 3. (They're the right amount of buttery, flaky, and the edges are ever so slightly crisp). The cookies are average. If you're not a dessert person, I wouldn't waste my time on them.

First of all, love most of their food! Macaroni & mashed potatoes could use some seasoning, but otherwise chicken is amazing! I do love this place & recommend most of my clients, BUT a certain former pizza manger/newish employee is not it for me. My visit at the drive through today was disappointing. I had a short 25 minute lunch break in between appointments & thankfully only a 4-5 minute drive away, so a quick drive through run was calling my name. I ordered food for myself & a coworker & when I got back to work I realized I had my fries, even my sauce but NO SANDWICH. HOW. Considering this same employee on a different visit snatched the bag from my hand to double check everything was in there, I’m surprised she didn’t do the same this time because she was so adamant then on doing so. I lost time having to drive back to get my sandwich & while I stood there waiting, I heard her having a discussion with a few other employees “There’s no way we forgot to put this in someone’s order”. Speaking about another customers order while I stood behind them waiting on MY forgotten entré! This same employee on a different occasion tried to tell me I only had a few dollars in my bank account & that my card was declining because it only charged my card for $2 something. While I insisted there was nothing wrong with my account she persisted, saying “That’s what happens when you don’t have money in your account.” But I had another employee charge me for a secondary meal inside & the card worked JUST FINE. I give the food four stars, most of the staff 5 but this particular employee, 0. I’ve given her several chances since I always seem to end up having her take care of me & I am...

My wife and I spent just north of an hour in the drive through. In case you're wondering why I didn't just leave, it is literally impossible to exit the drive though (if you go you will see what I mean). When we got to the window I asked about a discount for the long wait ( I get that things can get backed up, but an hour in any drive through is never acceptable). I was offered one dollar off a 25 dollar bill. After asking again, I was given 25% off, which I thought was a pretty fair way to compensate us for the extra time in the drive through.

I am not a person who digs through my bag to make sure the order is right, but I asked my wife to pass me a biscuit because I was starving. It turns out, we were given the wrong order....

I went back in and mentioned that the order was wrong, gave them my receipt and was given another order. The people were kind and got me different food in a few minutes. I glanced through the bag and saw 2 sandwiches, 2 biscuits, and 2 fries, so I thought "good enough" and went home.

When I got home I found out one of the sandwiches was wrong. It was a rough night for all involved. I was in such a bad mood by the time I got to eating the food that there is no way my evaluation of that could be unbiased.

It was a really bad experience. My initial reaction is that there is no reason to wait for this food when options like chick fil a, canes, and even sit down places like gus's exist.

It is unlikely we...
