Update 7/27/24 -
Hadnt been by this location in several months so gave it is a try again. 3 cars in drive thru and still very slow. They didn't get my order right and I witnessed 2 other cars leave the drive thru line and go inside to get their order from waiting so long. Guess this location will never be great again. Why is CFA Corp not addressing this location?!
Update 6/9/23 - 3 cars in line and they still make us pull into a parking spot. Took over 15 mins to get food in the drive thru. The staff continues to seem confused on even the most basics of a CFA customer interaction. Shame on me for giving this location another try.
Update 4/4/23 - This location continues to decline. It has went from the best location in Ft Worth 3 yrs ago to the worst in FW. The drive through is SLOW and even when no one is behind you they have you pull in to parking spots. Tried to give it another chance this week...nope.
Update 5/23/22- this site recently updated their drive thru and it is still extremely slow. This site has declined to the worst CFA in FW.
Update 4/3/21-I hadnt been to this location in several months and decided to pick up a few drinks since only 1 car in drive thru lane. Still issues with being slow, again training staff and tea has no ice. As a near signature level member, I will continue to go to other locations.
Update 8/22/20-Since the change in franchise ownership, this site has greatly declined. Service is slow. It isn't near the level of the previous staff.
2019- Most CFAs are great experiences, yet there are a few that are standouts. This location is at the top of that list. Quick, friendly and helpful staff. Read moreThis is not my favorite location by any means but it is convenient after picking up my kids from school. I can go to several other locations and order a Kids Meal with a CFA Sandwich. While it not on the menu, other locations ring it up while this one acts like it is an act of Congress. Today, they messed up my order and just put it in as a CFA sandwich meal. That was fine. I have to pull up and wait for my Order. Again, nothing wrong there. After getting my order, I drive the 15 mins back to my office only to realize that they did not include two of my entrees. I was working against a deadline at work so I call them to let them know what happened. I spoke with a shift leader named Tyler. Tyler was apologetic and said that I could come back later to get my missing items. I finish work and make the trek back to get the missing food to complete my meals that should have been enjoyed 1.5 hours prior. The young man who brought the food to the car asked if I wanted sauces. I ask for Barbecue and Honey Roasted BBQ. He brings Honey Mustard and Honey Roasted BBQ. At this point I’m just like “it wasn’t meant did them to get his right today!” I drive home only to open the nuggets and see that 6 of the 8 are burnt and barely edible. My son could have gnawed through them but he chose not too. I called back and spoke with Brooklyn. She absolutely should NOT be answering the phone or handling “complaints”. I told her my experience and she said “so did you just call to tell us about our mistake or do you want to come back?” No, I’m not coming back. She proceeded to thank me for my call and hang up. Read moreWorst experience at Chick-fil-A in a while. Decided to come here for lunch after not having had CFA for a couple of months (meanwhile soliciting their competition ie Canes). Was surprised their dining room was open with few cars in the parking lot. Seemed that this store was understaffed and under poor/no leadership. It’ll be easier if I just list out my experience’s issues.
Carbonated drinks were out of order and no tea available: drink options were limited to water, lemonades, milk, Hi-C, Powerade, and such. As a high volume chain, the store should’ve been quick to fix the issue. Higher prices than other stores: $9.95 for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal and $7 something for a regular Chicken Sandwich meal is unnecessarily high compared to other stores in the area. Made me think twice after I started my order, especially considering there’s no price change when changing to a lighter kale crunch side. Poor service: not to par with other stores. Halfway done with my meal before getting my replacement kale crunch. Terrible serving of Kale Crunch: I genuinely thought they were using a container that was a size too big for a moment with the seemingly tiny portion of kale occupying my container. Turns out they just filled it less than halfway for who knows what reason. I went up to see about getting another kale crunch side for one of the two sides that was exceedingly poorly portioned and just settled with a smaller portion for myself. (The other for my mom). Got the new side back like 10 minutes later. Unsatisfactory for “fast” food.
