Everytime I come to this location there is always a problem or a delay with my order. I usually order food for curbside or pickup at any fast food place so I can recieve my food faster. I have been to other Whataburgers and placed mobile orders and never had an issue. However, for some reason everytime I visit this location it either takes a very long time to recieve order, or it's wrong, or they forget part of my order. Today I placed a mobile order to get food quicker. I came in to pick up my order and dine in . My order was already ready, they just had it sitting there for a long time. While the workers were chatting, goofing around, and saying inappropriate things in front of guests. I told them I had a mobile order and the girl at the front had a very bad attitude and even waved her hands up annoyed yelling about the order. As I was waiting for my order I noticed an older woman with a walker struggling to exit the door, the employees that were just chatting, saw the older woman was struggling to exit and did not even help her. They just stared. So I went and helped her open the door and picked up the cup that she dropped. The employees at this location were imature, ignorant, and disrespectful. They were 3 specific people working at the front today, July 22 at around 5 pm. Who acted this way. The entire time I was waiting for my order they were just talking and goofing around and seem annoyed when a customer needed something. They also did not seem to know what they were doing. I saw a worker taking the trash out and dropping it all over the floor. And seemed to struggle doing something so simple like taking the trash out the bin. I also had to ask several different workers for condiments like mustard and mayo. I had to ask 5 times. Because every worker I asked never brought it to me. It has been a while since I dine inside a whataburger , and I regret doing so. Especially this location. A lot of tables were dirty and there was food and sauce on the floor. And I saw employees just walk past it and ignore it. And continue chatting. I will no longer come to this location again. Everytime I order food here it is wrong, cold, bad service, and takes very long time. When I arrived they had my order ready. I saw they had it ready. It was just sitting there while they were chatting. The employees were imature by the way they talked about inappropriate things and how they did not help a elderly guest who needed help. They just continued chatting and staring at the older woman while she struggled to exit the door. Even a guy who seemed to come to pick up his check was acting imature and throwing cup around. All this happened while the manager seemed to be busy with an interview. I also noticed 2 specific employees that seemed to have very bad hygiene. Read moreSo I came to the WestWorth Village location asked for a Cobb salad was told no Crackers or croutons came with it then I added an extra grilled chicken fillet and my salad did not look like it had an extra fillet had to order an extra one smh the little boy that brought our food out drops my jalapeño ranch and tells me he can go get me another one I said no that's ok now I said that because it was not opened no biggie and instead of picking it up he walks away like saying fine then you get it how rude now I'm mad I felt very disrespected then I get my salad and most of the lettuce was bad all brown like it was sitting forever in the fridge. Don't order Salads that's for sure. I should've made them return my money back and maybe even ordered something new but you don't ever want to run the risk of the employees doing things to your food.
