As a first time home-purchaser, I had heard countless times how the experience is overwhelming, stressful, & scary not being fully educated yet and not knowing what to expect. Jackie Angiello & her team put me so much at ease & made the process of home buying & learning along the way palatable and even fun with their approach + years of expertise.

Jackie was TREMENDOUS for us. Responsive, BEYOND knowledgeable of the Chicagoland suburbs, kind, focused, determined, detail oriented.. the list really goes on and on. Jackie noticed & vocalized particular things I never would have recognized or considered during house showings. She’d give honest feedback and suggestions without being pushy or judgmental. Jackie & the team displayed significant balance my husband & I needed going through the process from finding a town that suits us in the location & price we were looking for. We made it challenging for them as we were on an extreme time crunch to purchase currently living out of state when we have difficult schedules to work with not being reachable during normal business hours; they made our time-line seem like a breeze putting us at top priority with massive flexibility catering to our lives in another state! A phone call, text, email was always answered any day of the week at various times of day. We had about four days to view as many homes as possible. Day one, Jackie set us up with 13 viewings. Anything within our criteria, she was absolutely going to get us in no matter what it took. The schedule remained organized, even with the sporadic & last-minute changes/additions! Every tool is user-friendly, modern, & quick.

As newlyweds with a baby on the way, we had a specific timeline we were working towards and knew that we were entering a very competitive market.
