Absolutely Amazing Service at A Baby Naturally!

I had the most incredible experience here yesterday! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon yesterday, and Carolyn and Sue went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything ready to go. Not only did they assemble the wagon for me right there in the store, but they also put together the car seat adapter, snack tray, and weather mat—then took the time to walk me through how to use everything.

As if that wasn’t enough, they helped me get my kids to the car and even loaded the wagon into my trunk! Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly made my day. Shopping here felt more like visiting a friend than just making a purchase. If you’re looking for top-notch customer service and an incredible selection of baby gear, this is the place to go! I absolutely adore this store! They have the best clothing for babies, and I love the amber necklaces, I had one for my son and regularly visit to purchase them for the babies of my friends and families. Lisa has created an incredible shopping experience and her staff are caring and helpful. They are so knowledgeable about cloth diapering and baby wearing, I love the ability to rent wraps from there. If I could give zero stars I would! I made a purchase over the weekend and specifically asked if a certain item I purchased could be refunded if it didn't fit and they told me yes. I found out when I went to return the item that I couldn't get refunded I could only get a store credit. This is VERY misleading!!!
