The owner took advantage of my time crunch when walking into his store. He did not disclose the return policy. In my 31 year i have always lived by do not shop at a place that does not refund. If you cant stand by your product you dont deserve my business. I told the gentleman Rapha that I was in a crunch and if he could explain everything to me in verbally instead of going through the fine print. He left that refund part out. I would have never purchased from here and advise everyone else not to either. Again if a company can not stand by their product, you shouldnt either.

Me and my Wife went there to pick out our wedding rings and had an excellent experience. Author helped us pick out the best rings and gave us a fantastic deal on the price. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he sales. We ordered our rings and a week later they were ready for pickup. Author was there again to help us when we came to pick up.
