Huge mistake getting a card from this location, it has been a nightmare when all I was trying to make it easier for school clothes, want to use your card nope takes months to get it. And a bill the first will be late if you let it. Customer service. Make sure you get ready to sit down and get nothing done, get passed and passed and put on hold for more than an hour. I cooked a whole meal on hold for them to pop me back into the automotive voice command, I been on hold for a manager, she or he never came 45 min on hold for then and they pop me off, I'm on hold a customer service agent which came on with an attitude after waiting 45 minutes he REFUSED to aid me in any kind of way. Being condescending and laughing at my situation, then decided to scold me and said I'll put you in hold and see if you can talk after. His name is , Stan and even tho I'm irritated all I want is speak to manager, nope impossible they want you to have patience as they belittle you for trying to find information about fraud activities, if you want to get anything resolved.. won't happened . Speak to somebody that has any clue. Won't happen will an increase in my credit line has impacted my credit score and nobody , not a scam you can tell me and stan the one I can understand kind of and caught what an hour of waiting did. Is reminding me on hold, holding , holding, holding no answers never made a late payment and they asking me what do I want to do about a late payment. I made a huge mistake, should of learned from my aunts expecting 1,500 dollars in fraud from this company. Guess nothing has changed or gotten better and stealing people's hard...

staff is rude the place was a mess clothes all over the floors. They earned a one star for having good clearance but as for the staff there forget it I will never go back except to make a formal complaint. When you go into a store and spend 209$ and are short barely 2$ because of tax to get the $10 Kohls cash and they hear you say cool we made it for the 40$ and get home to see $30 instead and go back the next day and buy another 51$ worth stuff in store and $49 at the kiosk for the ship to store so i bring in receipt and explain the situation and the woman said oh yeah sorry that was yesterday nothing we can do today. (Same sales same Kohls cash time period) Really?!? Sorry wont won't be going back there unless it's to get my extra money for spending money. Sorry you all hate your minimum wage jobs there but seriously learn how to treat customers with the idea that if a customer is happy and spends money here they will come back...
