If I could give zero stars I would. Idk what in the world they are teaching their entry level employees, because I literally get to hear about the stupid angel card from every single employee without fail, but appearently there is not an emphasis on proper handling of a customers purchased merchandise. I just spent $242 on their semi annual sale clothes and the lady who finished ringing me up literally stuffed and threw all my clothes into two shopping bags. My jaw physically dropped and I wish I could have seen the pure outrage all over my face. For once there was no one else in line, I have no idea what this lady was rushing off to that was so supremely important that she would literally treat my newly purchased items that I paid for with my hard earned money like she was putting trash in a trash can. I physically was about to vomit just watching her callously stuff all of my new clothes that I had carefully selected into three bags after she failed to stuff everything into two bags. Ive NEVER been so shocked and so completely outraged with a retail employee. Way back in the day, the town east employees used to carefully wrap your items in tisue paper before carefully placing them into the shopping bag. The standards have seriously not just dropped but are completely non existent. I have to be constantly harrassed about the stupid bleeping angel credit card of theirs whenever I shopped there but I apperently am not a valuable enough customer to have my items handled with any modicum of respect. DO NOT shop here. Go to the bradley fair location. I will also say that Im highly annoyed that instead of an easy phone number to a little survey regarding my epic fail of a store experience, I had to talk to an actual customer service representative to relay my horrific shopping experience. All they did was listen to my store experience description and then assurred me it would be sent to this locations branch manager. When I asked if someone could contact me to let me know they received my feedback, the answer was no. This representative also never apologized for me having to endure such a travasty of a shopping experience, never said a single nice or positive thing in fact and did not try to make up for this horrible experience in any fashion. I would have been appeased if he had simply been at least a degree apologetic and this was not the case. LL brands clearly does not value customer feedback. Hell will freeze over before I EVER shop at the town east store for victorias secret. EPIC fail for...
Read moreJust got home from here and cried the whole way. I went to try on stuff in the dressing room and had quite a bit, some was accessories and bags, most clothes. My daughter was asleep in her stroller but the second I entered the dressing room, I was given attitude from the employee. She woke my daughter up, who then was crying and screaming, and was very rude. I told her never mind, I just need to go because my daughter was crying, and she said "well yeah, there is no way you can try all this on with her." What? She also told me I could take 6 things in at a time, and starts going through my 2 bags. She then says, well you have bags and stuff in here, do you really need to try that on? So I say, no obviously I don't need to try on the accessories. So I'm trying to sort through it to pull out the clothes and she sets a chair in the door and watches me like I'm a criminal. She also makes comments like you have different sizes of bras and sports bras here... like yeah I shouldn't have to explain myself but I'm usually a 34B but here I wear a 34C or D sometimes so I'm not sure what size I am. Sorry. And so she precedes to grab handfuls of my stuff (bras, panties, shorts, fanny pack) and drop it back into the bag making comments like, "oh yeah you have so much..." and "are you buying all of this?" So I say, well yes I am....? It's in my bag right? Anyways, at this point my daughter is screaming so I say never mind and walk out trying not to cry while in there. But I go out and another employee that I've seen before recognized me and asked if I needed to try on and I couldn't help but cry and I said no thanks, I've already tried that. I just want to go. And I left, bawling. I've been a customer there for over 10 years, I spend A LOT of money there.. and I mean ALOT. I know almost all the girls that work there because I shop there so often (I didn't know this one). I've never been made to feel like criminal like this. It made me feel so low. It's sad because I love Victoria's Secret, but I will never shop at that one...
Read moreTOWN WEST!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Got an outfit for my birthday went to exchange it the NEXT DAY!! could not find the gift receipt (yes my fault because I didn't keep hold of it) all I wanted was one size larger even exchange for exact same outfit ... They wanted to MANUALLY over ride to 75% off??? What?!!???! So I would be paying an additional 30+ dollars for the SAME OUTFIT I HAD IN MY HAND?? TAGS ATTACHED. I can understand if an item was on sell or had been on sale this was brand new never worn outfit that I just needed one size larger. Come on? I am a very frequent shopper and HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I called to speak with customer service and was told that is policy.....UM...No where does it state that for an even exchange customer must pay extra. It say lowest selling price and this item HAS NOT been ON SELL? I cant believe such a lucrative company does such dirty business. To top if off we were going to cancel our credit card and upon tell the representative this "the only manager" in the corporate office she hangs up on me. Wow! I am going to be sure and spread the word at how horrible my visit was. Going in to EXCHANGE a gift for the proper fit and end up double paying. BBB will also be hearing about...
