I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at this Lululemon location, thanks to Nicole and Abby! From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Nicole, in particular, went above and beyond as we were shopping for gifts for our aunt in Milan. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, making great recommendations based on style, fit, and comfort. Her knowledge of the different fabrics and collections was truly impressive, and she made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

Abby was equally wonderful, assisting us with additional pieces and ensuring we had all the details we needed about sizing and international shipping options. Both Nicole and Abby provided such a personalized shopping experience that made us feel valued as customers. Their positive energy, expertise, and attention to detail were unmatched.

I do not normally leave reviews, much less at retail establishments but my experience at Lululemon today stood out from any other experience I have ever had when going shopping.

Normally when I go shopping, I have one of three experiences. 1. I am ignored or get a pleasant "hello" and that is the extent of it. 2. I have an overly pushy salesperson who annoys the life out of me and I end up leaving. 3. I ask for help, get it and I never see the person again.

Today, I met Joy (Yes, literally Joy and her name suits her personality.) I went shopping alone which isn't really fun and it is really hard to not have a second opinion. Joy greeted me the moment I walked in the door, gave me honest and valuable recommendations and finally she even gave me honest thoughts on how things fit and looked.

Joy turned my mess of a day into a glowing (Joyous) afternoon. It really was a truly phenomenal experience and I will certainly be coming...

My first time ever going into Lululemon, and Nicole was absolutely phenomenal! She asked questions that showed she cared to know exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to stay away from. She clearly knows Lululemon and their clothing and how they fit, with her ability to give descriptions of the items and how they would work with the way you workout or just want to lounge around. Nicole is the epitome of what customer service should be; compassionate, listening, and not using pushy sales tactics. I couldn't have had a better experience if it wasn't for Nicole and all the help and education she provided for a newbie like me.
