If I could give a zero star review on the management response I would. I came to the change a skirt over the weekend. I was asked if they could hold my return and the new shirt I had already grabbed as I still browsed. I grabbed another sweater, came to check out, and was told I had a balance of $64. I was indeed multitasking on my phone and that seemed reasonable as I had an extra item. I left the store, drove the 45 mins home (I live in Southport) and discovered I had only purchased the new sweater and not received the new shirt or the exchange credit. I called immediately. I spoke with the manager Brittany. I asked for a week extension on the store credit, or if they would mail me a gift card since Sunday was my daughters sweet 16 and I am traveling out of town Wednesday and my two week store credit polity would expire. I was denied both. Mind you, they have the skirt in their possession. I was unable to make it down there yesterday, so today, I will be sending a friend so she can finalize the exchange and pick something out for herself for the inconvenience as I will not be able to return before I leave town. Brittany was curt, and annoyed by my call. She went so far to tell me it was my fault. It’s a shame, they have cute stuff.    Read moreI have several things from this boutique and I have loved each and every thing for it’s style and individuality from other boutiques. However, I recently bought a sweater there without trying it on. It didn’t fit me properly so I tried to return it, however you cannot return things without the tags still attached. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this policy and I had removed the tags. I understand that employees need to follow company policies, but the treatment I received when trying to return this was degrading. It could have been handled in a much better manner.    Read morei really love this place. i discovered it a while back and had made a friend in one of the employees. Now like a year later i go back and find another wonderful, warm and helpful person and tell her "you remind me of someone that worked here before that was ALSO awesome" and it turns out it's her sister! too funny. Anyway, Meghan helped me so much the last two times i was there. i bought way more than i had gone in for because of her and i love the items! Like she is my personal shopper. i had a fun time too (a feat because clothes shopping isn't always fun for me.) The other two girls working with her were wonderful also.
