Visited yesterday, 5/3, and the whole experience was off. Like my husband and I were burdening them. It was tense and I know thatâs so weird to use to describe this but seriously. Youâve wouldâve thought we cussed out those young ladies out and read them for filth lol. My husband is never one to comment on things like this but immediately when we left he said this. This was our first time here and let me tell you, I was so excited. I talked about this ALL WEEK however when we walk in, I say âhi, how are youâ and we were just shot weird looks. No greeting, nothing.
The first time here, itâs a bit overwhelming because thereâs so much and so many combinations you can choose from so we were just trying to figure everything out. Silence and weird stares. After about a minute or so, I just simply say âsorry, this is our first time here so weâre taking everything inâ. The cashier just says well if we can help let us know and just weird stares after.
Because of this tense environment and silence, I just quickly picked something to get out of there and didnât really look over the full menu in its entirety. I got the cookie monster and my husband got the Apple Caramel I believe (which let me say, theyâre both great). While they were both amazing, after this experience alone, I donât think we will be returning, which is so disappointing because I really wanted to try this place and loved the cinnamon rolls here.
We didnât let the experience ruin our day but itâs like damn, say something other than let us know if we can help and hereâs your roll. We told them to have a great day and stillâŚblank stares and weird silence. If this is usually how staff treats their customers, please have a chat with your team and fix it. I promise you, it would probably turn a lot of your bad reviews into positives but sadly I donât believe I can get my husband to come back to this place with me to see if maybe it was just a one off or if itâs...
Read moreâĽď¸You don't have to be vegan to enjoy vegan food âĽď¸ 2 days ago was National Cinnamon Roll Day and hubby loves Cinnamon Rolls. The ad for this place came across my feed so I checked out the menu and was shocked (in a good way) with all of the options. Decided to surprise hubby and stop in. I got the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake and The Battleship rolls along with a brownie, a chocolate chip cookie, and a few mini rolls. Yes, i got a little carried awayđ. I wish I would've taken pictures of the rolls before he began devouring them. He did let me taste a few pieces. Warm, gooey, soft, moist and rich are a few words I would use to describe these beyond Delicious treats. Unfortunately hubby is already looking at the menu for his next visit. So apparently we'll be seeing you way sooner than I thought. PS: dont let the word "vegan" mislead you into thinking these treats aren't amazing. Signed...
Read moreOur experience was decent. The young lady who works here never greeted us or came over to the sign that says âorder here.â We looked around and waited until she was ready to help us, then she muttered the dullest âare you ready?â Iâve ever heard. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her somehow. đ
On the bright side, the cinnamon rolls were good. One has enough sugar to have you set for weeks! Iâm not convinced that mine was completely done all the way through, but it had cookie dough on top, so I could have been tasting that. Regardless, it was fun to eat.
I am very active on google maps, so if the owner thinks that further communication about my experience is necessary, then I will provide that for them. We went to this location on June 19th around 2:15. The employee had dark hair...
