Starbucks — Restaurant in Winona

Sunday morning rush at a coffee shop would be anticipated. Yet when you go there, they are short staffed with only two girls who are lack luster and look like that want to off themselves. Not a smile, not a good morning or a how are you. Talking in front of customers about other individuals who won’t come in; and discussing who else to call.

I get being short staffed and I get being overwhelmed with a rush but your customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience for simply ordering their drinks. Sounds like they need better management that knows how to write a proper schedule so people can be prepared for the weekend...

The baristas are always so sweet, but tonight they were amazing! The girl making my drink made it so unbelievably quick that I hadn't even finished paying yet and she was handing it to me and then apologizing that it wasn't quicker (she did not need to whatsoever).
