Employee was extremely rude and judgmental, as well as accusatory. Came up to me and my boyfriend, full grown adults, as we are shopping in the rug section and assumed that we were the ones disorganizing it (we were not, I had just folded and placed 2 rugs I looked at back where they were). Randomly comes up to us interrupting our conversation and says that he works too hard and “because your hands are working” that I need to put the rugs back. Goes on saying we need to appreciate the work that him and his coworkers do for it to be organized. I was so confused as to why he was approaching and saying this to us without any introduction or prompting that I didn’t know what to say to him besides okay, even though it was not us that had done that. He spoke to us like we were children making a mess, which was just not accurate or appropriate. We were lectured for no apparent reason. I put my cart items back (folded and the way I found them) and just left the store.

I am all for respecting the work of the employees and organization, but this encounter was rude, awkward, and accusatory with no reason to be. Good way to make customers uncomfortable and not...

I would like to complement two of the staff at the Hanes Mall Blvd location…. As I walked into the store, the employee making the announcements over the radio was extra pleasant and put effort into making her message about donating to St Jude’s at the register very special, she went above and beyond the normal loud speaker “script” and made me want to shop longer and definitely donate to St. Jude’s!

My next compliment goes to Deborah at the register closest to the beginning of the line. She was so very pleasant, even during the beginning of the holiday rush which I know I stressful for employees and customers. I had a lot of fragile items and she took care to wrap each one and make sure they were protected. She was friendly and patient and she reminded me how much kindness helps the holiday rush and stress. She really is an asset to your staff!!! Thank you Deborah!!!

I had to stand on a waiting line before entering the store and I respect and understand the circumstances; however, what it made it worst is that they had two employees outside controlling the amount of people coming in but one of them was smoking and even though I was wearing a mask I could still inhale her smoke. For a nonsmoker having to inhale someones else cigarettes smoke it becomes pretty disgusting. Unfortunately I had asked my spouse to drop me off while he went to run an errand therefore I got stuck there on line, had it been me driving I would have left the parameters. Beside the two employees were talking to each other as if they did not care for the costumers.
