My husband purchased my wedding band and engagement ring from this location. My engagement unfortunately was dropped in a parking lot and ran over, but all the diamonds were still intact. I went to this location to have it looked at and fixed and my experience was horrible. The store manager named Cassidy Cash I believe her name was, was incredibly rude. She went to speak to one of the guys who would be fixing my ring and she came back to me and said that he could fix one part but not the top where I was most concerned about and that he wouldn’t even touch it because of the possibility of diamonds popping out. As a jeweler you should be able to set diamonds back in if that happens. I asked if I could speak to him so he could break it down better for me but she told me he said he did not speak to customers. I told the manager that I know it could be fixed because my friend had hers tan over by a tractor and looked worse then mine, I asked was she sure there’s really nothing she could do? Her response was, “well maybe you should take it there”. I responded with, “well I would but I purchased my ring HERE, so my first stop would be where I purchased my ring which had a warranty on it. That’s just common sense. I told her she didn’t have to be unnecessarily rude. She proceeded to say, “I’m not” while having a bad attitude and facial expressions to match her bad attitude. I just ended up leaving in tears because my ring obviously means so much to me. I took my ring to another jeweler and they were super nice and understanding and said they could fix it and they did just that. This jeweler said if the diamonds popped out he could just set them back into place, which sounds like a great and knowledgeable jeweler. They fixed my ring and it doesn’t even look like it had ever been ran over now. I’m suppose to be able to get my ring cleaned every 6 months at this Jared’s location, but at this point I don’t even want anyone at that location touching my ring. I was so affected by my experience that I refuse to even walk back into the Winston Salem location ever again. Luckily, my husband contacted the district manager there because he wasn’t happy with Miss Cassidy Cash’s interaction with me and the district manager Matt was very very nice and helpful and very understanding and told me I should have not had to go through any of that. Read moreI was planning on going to a different Jared store in Concord, NC. Due to inclement weather I ended up going to the Winston Salem, NC store to cut some time off the trip. I live 2 hrs from the Winston Salem store and a lil less than 3 from the Concord store.
When I got to the store I spoke with the store manager about doing a custom band around my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band and was told Sabrillya was who I wanted to deal with when it came to anything like that.
I was wearing shorts, a sweatshirt and crocs. Sabrillya gave me the time and curiosity both professionally and personally as if I was dressed “ in my Sunday best “
I went over what I was wanting out of the band from the grade of diamonds and how I wanted the band contoured around the existing ring. After a few hours looking at loose diamonds on their computer and the difference in the grade of diamonds I was getting to the diamond grade on the existing ring me and my wife decided to trade in the ring and start fresh with a custom ring.
I told Sabrillya specific details in how the ring would contour and stair step from the outer bands, halo then center stone. After giving her a price range I let her take it from there. I gave Sabrillya total trust and let her tweak and change some of the diamond sizes to what she thought was needed to make it look right.
After spending hours with her at the store and communicating through phone conversations I can say I don’t think my wife would have gotten the end result in her ring had we went anywhere else and done business with anyone else besides Sabrillya. Communication, common courtesy and professional courtesy was above and beyond. I look forward to doing more business with Sabrillya again.

Read moreExtremely poor customer service! My husband and I have been loyal Jared customers for the last 5 years. Had a small stone fall out of my ring so we took it in hoping for a repair. I was told the stone was not missing, that it was a prong issue. Went back 2 days later and it looked the exact same. I mentioned to the representative that I really thought something was missing and she assured me it wasn't and sent me on my way. I went back the next day hoping to speak with someone else and sure enough, they told me the stone had definitely fallen out. 2 more days go by and I go get my ring. They didn't set the new stone in flush with the others so it looked rigid. They had to keep it 2 more days to even it out. So now I am on day 6 without my ring. My husband goes to pick it up and it is not ready. Supposedly systems went down. He is promised it will be ready the next day. So a week after I originally took it in, it is finally fixed. Fast forward one month, the same stone fell out again. Mind you I do not do strenuous things with my ring on and am careful about hitting it on things. We take it back in and ask what our options are if this continues to happen as this is the 2nd time now and we are told they will continue to repair it but replacing it is not an option. Why offer a warranty if you aren't going to warranty your products? So if the small diamonds surrounding my ring continue to fall out they will continue to repair them rather than replace the ring in its entirety. I feel as though if you are going to offer a WARRANTY, that you need to take responsibility for your product and do right by your customers.
