I was going to sweet frog and had to order an Uber to make it there, and they closed at 9, well there’s construction all up and down Hanes mall boulevard, so traffics all the way backed up, I get there at 8:56 and there’s still PLENTY of people in line and even a customer who just picked out a cup and hadn’t even put in the yogurt yet and she comes and opens the door and says they don’t let anyone in pass 55 after and I was literally there one minute after and I stated multiple times that I had to take an Uber up here and that there’s construction all up and down hanes mall and that I’d be quick I knew exactly what I wanted and she refused and even my Uber driver asked politely and she still refused, I was one minute past 8:55 I was at the door at 8:56. It was really upsetting to me and then not only that the girls that were coming out said a smart remark about them closing and rolled their eyes at me and I wasn’t being loud or rude or anything. I’m sorry I don’t care it was 8:56 she could have let me in. Especially when I wasted money on an Uber and especially when theirs construction all up and down Hanes mall. And I go to sweet frog on a regular basis like a lot so call it dramatic but I feel like...

BEWARE* the young lady with glasses, the visible nose rings and braids was very rude, unprofessional, and GHETTO. Clearly needs another job or some education!! Threatening me in front of my child and others 3 times to “watch myself” all bc I asked for her name and the manager name. Clearly she’s a child and it’s going nowhere FAST. so I left and called and asked to speak to a manager. She Hung up on me the first time I called to speak with a manager. I already called corporate and told them about the employee in this establishment.

its first come first serve but when we got to the front of the line we have to wait to be served bc the people who are still putting toppings on already been weighed on the scale but how does that even make sense?! Bc it would have to be weighed again and priced differently. Just unprofessional!! Needs...

A typical cutesy Sweet Frog location with plenty of space for people to sit. Customer service was pretty average not awful not stellar. The night we were there not a whole lot in good selection for Froyo but had at least the basics. For a small cup for two people ended up costing us over $20 that's expensive!! It's tasty for sure but I will be rethinking where to get a Frozen treat next time at that price point. But if you're interested for those reading this review they offer party packages oh and forgot to mention they didn't have sample cups out that night not sure if they ever do because that was my first time there. It is easy to walk to from the hotels or apartment complexes...
