I was interested in a piece of wall art that was only available at this store. Since that location is a little far for me I called to ask if they happened to transfer merchandise between stores. The lady that answered was very nice and said yes, that they could send the merchandise to another store. She was about to help me with the order but had to place me on hold. Antother not so nice sales person answered sounding very negative since the beginning of the conversation. She contradicted the other sales person that had initially answered and said that they don't normally transfer merchandise. I had provided them with sku number information and they never mentioned that the product wasn't available. The websited showed they had it available at that store. They were not able to transfer the product so I decided to purchase the item and do the drive even though it was far for me. I placed the order and was waiting for confirmation to pick up item. However, I got a message saying that my order was cancelled and item not available. At no point was I told that the product was not available. Sounds more to me like someone was upset I didn't like her attitude and just cancelled the order. Very bad customer service at...

Unfortunately the young diva behind the counter was not in the mood to help with a sale. She put up ever barrier possible. No can’t check other locations. Most stores take the time to do this. We were the only 2 people in the store for the entire 20 mins we were there. The other young lady was a tad more helpful and offered to check the display mirror on the top shelf to see if it too was damaged like the 3 others on the sales floor. At checkout the Can Not Be Bothered employee suggested we make several trips to the car to load our items. We did not ask for help but clearly she made sure we knew she was not interested in assisting. Not even holding the door open. Same employee also moved a mirror we set on the carpet so it would not get damaged during the loading process. Set in on tile and disregard the care we were taking to load the items. Spend your money wisely. Unfortunately...

I bought a long Murrow.. first of they did not wrapped and nobody was able to help me taking the mirror in the car. I try to hung the mirror and the pieces where you put wire broke. came to returned and the manager Jay not even let me get in to the store screeming..I'm not going g to take it back...He is the rudest person I have to deal as a manager. He not even let me explain. They people at the store are not friendly.. I don't understand how this store hire a manager ...Not even his appearance help him.. Very dissapointed with this store..Customer service...
